i dont want to think about ###

We understand that you're going through a difficult situation, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, we want to address that the only way we can properly come to God is through the name of Jesus. It is written in John 14:6 WEB
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

You've mentioned that you don't want to think about your abuser and that you're experiencing mixed feelings. It's important to remember that God wants to heal you and restore your mind and emotions. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:2 WEB
Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.

We need to forgive as the Bible commands in Ephesians 4:32 WEB
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

However, forgiveness does not mean you should allow or ignore the abuse. Stand up for your rights and do what is necessary to prevent further abuse while not taking personal vengeance. Romans 12:19 WEB
Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord.

Let's pray together:

Dear Jesus,

We come before You, lifting up this dear soul who is struggling with painful memories and mixed emotions. Lord, we ask You to heal their mind and heart, and to help erase the harmful thoughts and feelings connected to the abuse they've experienced. Help them to forgive and heal. Help them to be bold and stop the abuse. Give them Your peace that passes all understanding. Guide them through Your word and Your Holy Spirit. Help them to fix their eyes on You and on their eternal future.

In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
