I Celebrate Today with Thanksgiving!!!

I celebrate today with thanksgiving because it was 3 months ago today that I attempted suicide by shooting myself in the head at point blank range. God saved my life 3 times that evening. I celebrate 3 months of satan being constantly defeated in my life and in my marriage. I see the fruits of completely submitting to the authority in God's word. This message was meant for someone to read I don't know who. It was laid heavily on my heart to write this.Nothing in nature stagnates you are either dying in your relationship with God or you are growing. God blesses consistency to obedience to his word and to his call on your life. It is only when you fully submit to God will you enjoy the fullness of his blessings. I did not for 29 years. I was a Christian but I was a carnal Christian only calling on God when I needed him and then returning back to the world. God's word calls this double-minded. If you are reading this and the Holy Spirit is speaking to your heart give it all to him. I can't help but think of the song "I surrender all" Don't wait a second longer the longer you wait the more satan plots to kill, steal, and destroy you I speak from a position of strength I was there. Allow God to show you where you need to change. We will be the only Bible that some people will ever read how well do you represent the Bible and God's love and mercy? I pray that if this hits your spirit like the Holy Spirit intended you do something about it and stand up for Christ because he stood up for you. I pray blessings over this message and to all who receive something give all praise, honor, and Glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Forever more. Amen

Matthew, I so stand with you on this, I believe that the Holy Spirit is speaking to both of us on this matter tonight. The total dedication of lives to Him. There is no middle ground, as you said, if you are not growing in God, you are dying. Praise God, that He has given us the chance for life. You were also so right in what you said in my post, He doesn't demand perfection, and thankfully so, because we all would fail, He just demands that we strive for that, constantly growing, constantly learning His ways. I feel Him so close tonight, and I love the feeling of being close to Him. I also agree with your proclamations of faith over your marriage, and join you in speaking victory over satan in your marriage. You will be victorious and already are. I love you too brother, and can't wait to meet you when we both stand victorious with our Lord. Your brother, Harold.

Praise God he reigns. He is close to us and we are close to him. Everyday we draw closer to him because of our faithfulness to his word and the call on our lives. It is an awesome feeling to know the most powerful, mighty, loving, forgiving, creator of the universe, and all-knowing God is here with us by the power of his Holy Spirit. I appreciate God for sharing himself boldly with us and we can know he is here. Thank you God for loving us enough to grace and touch us with your presence and we be still and know that you are God. We are still in your presence so that you may whisper to us the words that will enlighten us with your wisdom. Thank you for speaking to us through others as well such as Harold. I come boldly to your throne and bring thanksgiving and love for you father you have already done for us to where we should be content but you want to bless us and are readily available to do so. We Love You God for all you have done and all you are going to do. In Jesus name Amen.
