I can't do this God

My checking account is negative again. .

My car is on its last leg. .

My heart is broken. . I haven't heard from my boyfriend in over ### weeks. . I'm miserable. I'm praying for a miracle but everything is getting worse. I can't hear or feel God. I can't do this
