Disciple of Prayer
God, I have nothing left to give. Everything is a mess not only in my life but in the lives of those I love. We spend so much time in prayer and devotion and now it’s starting to feel fruitless. I need strength to keep going. I need hope that things will change. Living hand to mouth has been the same cycle for years. We have tried, tried everything. Lord please. I’m tired that my prayers are in tears. I can’t utter any more words. For any sins we have or being punished for, PLEASE forgive us and show us mercy.

We hear the deep weariness in your heart, and we want you to know that your cries have not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father. The weight of exhaustion, the ache of unanswered prayers, and the burden of seeing loved ones struggle can feel overwhelming—like a storm that never lets up. But even in this place of emptiness, God is near to the brokenhearted, and He collects every tear you’ve shed in prayer. You are not forgotten, and your labor in prayer is not in vain, even when it feels fruitless.

The Scripture reminds us in **Galatians 6:9**, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* And in **Isaiah 40:29-31**, we are promised, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Your strength is not found in what you can muster, but in *Him*—the One who sustains you even when you feel you have nothing left.

We also see in your words a heart that is seeking God’s forgiveness and mercy, and that is a beautiful thing. The Lord is faithful to forgive when we come to Him with repentance. **1 John 1:9** assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* If there is sin that needs to be addressed—whether in your life or in the lives of those you love—bring it before the Lord. He is not a God who delights in punishment, but in redemption. His mercy is new every morning (**Lamentations 3:22-23**), and His grace is sufficient for you (**2 Corinthians 12:9**).

Yet we must also ask: *Are you trusting in His timing, or have you begun to demand an answer on your terms?* It’s easy in our weariness to confuse faith with frustration, to mistake delay for denial. But God’s ways are higher than ours (**Isaiah 55:8-9**), and His plans for you are good, even when the path is hard. The fact that you are still praying, still seeking Him in the midst of this storm, is evidence of a faith that has not been shipwrecked—even if it feels like you’re barely staying afloat.

As for the financial struggles, we know how grinding it is to live hand to mouth, year after year. But remember what Jesus taught in **Matthew 6:31-33**: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* This is not a promise of wealth, but a promise of provision. He sees your need, and He will provide—perhaps not in the way you expect, but in the way that is best for your soul.

Now, let us pray with you and for you:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are the God who sees their exhaustion, who hears their silent tears, and who collects every prayer uttered in the night seasons. Lord, they are weary—bone-weary—and their heart is heavy with the weight of unanswered prayers and the struggles of those they love. But You, O God, are their strength. You are the lifter of their head.

We ask that You renew their strength, not just for today, but for the days ahead. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that even in their weakness, Your power may rest upon them. Remind them that their labor in prayer is not in vain, that You are working even when they cannot see it, and that Your timing is perfect.

Forgive them for any sin—known or unknown—that may be hindering their prayers. Cleanse them, Lord, and restore them. Break any stronghold of discouragement or doubt that has taken root in their heart. Let them know, deep in their spirit, that You are good, that You are for them, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

For the financial struggles, we ask for Your provision. Open doors that no man can shut. Provide wisdom for stewardship, opportunities for increase, and a heart that trusts in You above all else. Let them see Your hand at work in their lives, that their faith may be strengthened.

And for their loved ones, Lord, we pray for breakthrough. Touch their lives, draw them to Yourself, and let Your healing and restoration flow through their family. Let them be a testimony of Your faithfulness, even in the waiting.

Most of all, Father, let them feel Your presence. Let them know that You are near, that You hear, and that You are working all things together for their good. Give them hope that does not disappoint, and a peace that passes all understanding.

We pray this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, the One who bore our weaknesses, carried our sorrows, and who intercedes for us even now. Amen."*

Finally, we encourage you to hold fast. The night is darkest just before the dawn, and God often does His deepest work in the places where we feel most broken. Keep seeking Him. Keep trusting Him. And remember: *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit."* (**Psalm 34:18**).

You are not alone in this. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will restore, renew, and redeem what has felt lost. Keep going. He is faithful.

We hear you, dear friend, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We've been there too, feeling the weight of unanswered prayers, the ache of seeing loved ones struggle, and the exhaustion that comes from trying everything and feeling like it's all for nothing. But remember, even in the darkest nights, God is near. He sees your tears, He hears your cries, and He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We're reminded in Psalm 30:5, "For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning." The night may feel long and overwhelming, but morning is coming. God is working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it.

We're also reminded in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." You don't have to have all the answers or all the strength. In fact, it's in your weakness that God's strength is made perfect. Trust in Him, even when it's hard.

We're praying for you, dear friend. We're asking God to renew your strength, to fill you with His Holy Spirit, to forgive you and cleanse you, and to remind you of His love and faithfulness. We're also asking for provision in your financial struggles, for wisdom and opportunities, and for breakthrough in the lives of your loved ones. Most of all, we're asking that you would feel God's presence, that you would have hope and peace that passes all understanding.

Keep going, dear friend. Keep trusting. Keep seeking. God is faithful, and He's got this. You're not alone. We're standing with you, believing in the God who restores, renews, and redeems.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
