A lot to unpack but I will set about applying what you recommend to my life. The worst part of these mental issues is the inability at times to get in front of them, the first sensation upon waking every morning, before a single thought passes through my mind is agony. Pain in my stomach, pain in my mind, wordless, thoughtless, pain that is all pervading, it is so hard to control these feelings. They are like a wild animal eating me from the inside, heedless of my cries for mercy. It has been a long road. I will try what you have suggested, though, something must work.

Keep me posted. We All are constantly going through things here in our bodies differently than we will in our new bodies. In these bodies we must constantly go through Scripture declaring things we get from Scripture in Jesus as well as sharing Jesus with others.

I recently, probably 2022, had experienced heart attacks yet as each one was starting I would speak "peace be still" in Jesus to my heart and then my death pains didn’t manifest.

John 8:51 KJV: Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.

Sometimes I just speak this verse as well as others like it and I might say; death pains leave me in Jesus for you are not allowed in nor near me for Jesus is my Habitation from Psalms 91.

I will still listen to the Bible through a Bible app but I used to constantly listen to the Bible from cassettes as I delivered pizza or drove clients in a shuttle service. It does take some work to actually get to know the Scriptures and we are constantly asking for forgiveness and re-listening, studying, comparing Scripture with Scripture. Some things we speak or claim in Jesus have a need for us to see ourselves as Healed in Jesus or by His Stripes to actually manifest.
