Lord have mercy on me

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. Your suffering is real, and we stand with you in prayer, believing in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. The symptoms you describe are serious, and we urge you to seek immediate medical attention if you haven’t already. God often works through doctors and medicine, and there is no shame in pursuing every avenue of healing He provides.

First, we must address the spiritual aspect of your request. You mentioned the possibility of someone cursing you or wishing harm upon your health. Scripture is clear that the power of God is greater than any curse or scheme of the enemy. In Numbers 23:23, it says, "For there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel." And in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord." We rebuke any curse, hex, or evil intent spoken against you in the mighty name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

We also want to gently remind you that our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is the first step to receiving the fullness of God’s promises, including healing and protection.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up our brother/sister who is suffering. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask that You touch his/her body with Your healing hand. Lord, we rebuke any sickness, disease, or cancer in his/her body in the name of Jesus. We declare that by Your stripes, he/she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and health over every cell, organ, and system in his/her body. Father, we ask that You guide the hands of the doctors and medical professionals who may be treating him/her. Give them wisdom and discernment to diagnose and treat whatever is causing these symptoms.

Lord, we also break any curse or evil intent that has been spoken against him/her. We declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him/her in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We cover him/her with the blood of Jesus and ask that You surround him/her with Your angels for protection. Father, we ask that You fill him/her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen his/her faith and remind him/her that You are always near, even in the midst of suffering.

Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin in his/her life, we ask that You reveal it to him/her so that he/she may repent and receive Your forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9). We pray that he/she draws closer to You through this trial, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. Father, we ask that You restore his/her health completely. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. Jeremiah 30:17 says, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and spend time in His Word. Psalm 107:20 says, "He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves." Speak God’s Word over your life and declare your healing even when circumstances seem bleak.

We also encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray with you and support you. James 5:14-15 says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Do not isolate yourself; let the body of Christ uphold you in prayer and love.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is with you, even in this trial. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God will bring healing and restoration to your body. Keep trusting in Him, and do not lose hope.

Your words paint a picture of someone who is really going through it right now, those symptoms sound frightening, and the not knowing what’s wrong can weigh so heavily. We hear you, and we’re bringing you straight before the Lord.

It’s important, though: please see a doctor as soon as you can. Rectal bleeding and blood in your saliva are physical signs your body is giving, and a physician can run the tests to find out what’s happening and help calm the worst fears. This isn’t a lack of faith, it’s simply receiving the help God provides through medicine, right alongside the prayers we’re praying for you. We’ll ask for wisdom and clarity for the doctors you see.

While you wait for answers, please know you are not alone. We are standing with you in prayer, and the very fact that you cried out for mercy tells us where your hope is fixed. The Lord knows every detail of your body and your heart, and He isn’t distant from your pain. We ask Him now to quiet your spirit and to wrap you in His steadying presence.

Father, in Jesus’ name, we lift up our friend. You see the bleeding, the weariness, the fear of cancer or unseen illness. We ask for Your mercy, real, tangible mercy. Please guide the medical professionals, give them accurate insight, and bring about healing in Your way and timing. Break any fear that ties the mind in knots, and let peace that doesn’t make sense guard this heart. If there is any spiritual weight or malice from others, we ask You to shield and intervene. We trust You, Lord. Have mercy, and do what only You can do. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

When the Lord has distinct purposes of mercy, He often begins with stern discipline and brings the body low by affliction. The singular season for mercy is frequently the hour of sharpest pain, when the soul is driven to the desert’s well, waiting for the Angel of the Covenant to intervene. What if this very trial is the angel’s question to you, “Where have you come from, and where will you go?” What if you are one the Savior bought with His blood, and Heaven would not be complete without you? Mercy’s footsteps are upon this path.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, the least thing about Him is full of virtue. His blood was a fountain opened long before you became defiled with this sickness. He is the Great Interpreter, able to make you feel the way of salvation as well as know it, to lead you to accept it as well as understand it. All God’s mercy is gratis; He never sells, He always gives. He acts from no motive raised by anything in us, but because He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy. It is the tender mercy of our God, who thinks upon sinful man at all, who delights in mercy and has no pleasure in the death of the wicked.

You speak of curses and ask for divine intervention. Fear not. God’s mercy goes before you and forestalls the plots of darkness. The sword of justice sleeps in its scabbard, pressed back by the hand of mercy, crying, “Sleep, O sword, sleep.” If mercy is upon you, no curse can hold. But mark this: the first thing God’s mercy does is turn your face in the opposite direction. It makes you a new creation, giving new loves, new hates. If you would have hope in mercy, you must know that you need it as mercy, divorced from every confidence except in the mercy of God through the blood of Jesus Christ His Son, which cleanses from all sin.

When the Lord comes and dwells with the soul, healing and pardon are one. He said to the palsied man, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.” Ask to be forgiven, and healing will come from the pardoning hand. As soon as the blood of Christ is applied to the conscience, every past sin is gone, and the man is, in God’s sight, as if he had never sinned. Christ puts away iniquity in a moment. Then the inhabitant shall not say, “I am sick,” for the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings.

You have been seeking, perhaps, for months. Mercy is often given while we are yet calling, while we are speaking He hears us. You need not labor to feel your need exactly right before you come. Come now. Look to those blood-stained footprints on the ground before you. Though you take your shoes from off your feet, for the place is holy, yet you may follow with confidence where your Friend, your Savior, your Husband, your Head has been before you. He is able to save to the uttermost. May the Holy Spirit bring you to the Savior’s feet this very hour.

Your cry ascends with the voice of the Canaanite woman: "Lord, have mercy on me." You feel the affliction in your very flesh, the bleeding, the weakness, the shadow of disease, and so you plead not for another but for yourself, for you are conscious of the pain. This is no small thing; God receives such prayers when they come from a broken heart. Yet consider why God permits the body to suffer. It is often because, when the soul is sick, we feel no pain, but when the body is hurt, we seek healing with urgency. And so God in His mercy may use bodily infirmity as a remedy for the soul, that by tending to the lesser part, the better part may be cured. Recall our Lord’s word to the paralytic: “Behold, thou art made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” Not every sickness springs from some particular sin, but every sickness is a call to examine the heart. Therefore, while you grope for health, search out anything that offends Him. If there be any root of bitterness, cast it out. Turn away from whatever might have opened a door to the enemy, for though you fear the curse of others, no curse has power unless our own sins give it welcome. Rather, fear sin itself; it is a fearful thing, and the ruin of body and soul alike.

But do not let fear overwhelm you. Mercy triumphs over judgment. You ask for healing, and rightly so, but stretch out your hands also to give mercy, for mercy is the oil that brings light and quenches the fire of affliction. Alms deliver from death, the Scripture says. If you desire God to have mercy on you, show mercy to your neighbor. Give of your substance, however little, to the poor. Visit the sick, even in your own weakness, with a word of comfort. For the merciful shall obtain mercy. If we are pitiless, how can we expect pity? This is the true character of a Christian, to be merciful even as our heavenly Father is merciful. Let there be no delay: begin today, and you will see how this heavenly oil sustains your lamp.

Rely not on your own strength, but on the superabundant grace of God. He does not merely release us from punishment; He makes us sons, heirs, joint-heirs with Christ. Yet this requires something of us: faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. Believe that He is able to save you, and love Him by keeping His commandments. The body is but earthenware, soon damaged by disease and weakness, but the potter can restore what is broken. Therefore, do not faint. We who have obtained mercy in such great measure ought not to despair under the weight of trials. Rather, let your present suffering be an occasion to cling more tightly to the Physician of our souls and bodies. Call upon the intercessions of the church, for the prayer of the righteous avails much, and we shall pray with you. But you also, when you hear the priest say, “The Lord will have mercy on you,” add works worthy of that mercy. Fast according to your strength, not loading the body to excess but giving it what is sufficient, for a sufficiency is nourishment, health, and pleasure; excess brings disease. So in all things, seek the middle path of moderation.

Finally, do not fix your hope entirely on the health of the body. Should it please the Lord to try you yet longer, know that His grace is sufficient. The flame of trial, when mingled with the oil of mercy and the tears of repentance, becomes a light that guides you to the kingdom. Many who seemed beyond recovery were suddenly restored when they turned wholly to God. Even at the gates of death, there is hope. Rise up then, cry out without ceasing, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” He who raised the paralytic, who restored the bleeding woman, who healed all manner of sickness, is the same yesterday and today. He hears you; He sees your blood and your tears. Only do not let this hour pass without fruit. Let your sickness become a door to a deeper repentance, a more fervent charity, and a faith that can move mountains. Then, whether you are delivered from this infirmity or given strength to endure it, you will find that the mercy of God has swallowed up every curse, and that even this light affliction is working for you an eternal weight of glory.

The sight of your own blood brings fear, and I understand that fear. You are seeing a sign of life ebbing, a reminder that our bodies are fragile. But let me direct your eyes from the blood you are losing to the blood that was shed for you. In Scripture, God teaches us that the life of the flesh is in the blood, and He gave blood upon the altar to make atonement for our souls. Your bleeding is a shadow that points to the ultimate blood, the precious blood of Jesus Christ, who entered heaven itself with His own blood, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

When the leper was cleansed, God commanded a ritual with two birds. One bird was killed over running water in a clay vessel, and the living bird, along with cedar and hyssop and scarlet, was dipped into that bloodied water and released to fly heavenward. That picture speaks of our cleansing: the death, the mingling of blood and water, just as when the soldier pierced Jesus’ side and out flowed blood and water. The living bird ascending, sprinkled with blood, prefigures the ascension of Christ after His sacrifice, bearing the marks of atonement into the very presence of God. That cleansing was God’s provision for a leper to be restored, a sovereign work of grace in healing. The blood applied to the ear, thumb, and foot was a sign of consecration: your life now belongs to God, every part dedicated to Him.

Your prayer for healing and mercy is already reaching the throne of heaven because Jesus, our High Priest, has gone in with His own blood. He did not enter a copy of the true sanctuary, but heaven itself, and He sprinkled His blood on the mercy seat. That blood speaks better things than any sacrifice of old. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins, and His blood cleanses us from all sin. Every drop of His blood carries the power to forgive, to restore, and to make whole. The only hope of life, the only hope of salvation, is through the blood of Jesus. When God sees the blood of His Son covering you, He passes over the judgment you deserve and brings you into His covenant of peace.

Perhaps there are fears of curses or hidden threats against your life. Remember the Passover: the blood on the doorposts was a token of protection. The Lord said, “When I see the blood, I will pass over you.” Your soul is not vulnerable to malicious words when it is hidden under the covering of Christ’s sacrifice. He is our shield, and no curse can stand against the blessing of His covenant. The blood of Jesus is the blood of the new covenant, poured out for the remission of sins. You are not alone; you are part of a people sprinkled with that blood and brought near to God.

I urge you to look to Jesus, who went about healing all manner of sicknesses and who Himself, though sinless, strove against sin to the point of shedding His blood. You have not yet resisted unto blood in your own battle, but you are united to the One who already won the victory. Let His Spirit straighten your path and bring healing to your body and calm to your mind. Trust the Great Physician, for He holds your life in His hands. The same God who gave the eighth day for circumcision, when the blood’s clotting ability fully matures, cares for every detail of your physical frame. He knows your condition and He loves you.

Bring your fear and your pain to the mercy seat, where the blood of Jesus has already spoken. Confess any sin, for His blood cleanses us, and yield your body as a living sacrifice, consecrated to Him. The life of the flesh is in the blood, and your true life is hidden with Christ in God. I join my prayers with yours: Lord, have mercy. By the blood of Your Son, speak wholeness over this child of Yours. Stretch out Your hand to heal, and let the power that raised Jesus from the dead restore every part of this body from any cancer, disease, or breakdown. May the peace that passes understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Amen.
