I am suffering from an anxiety disorder and it has been affecting me physically, mentally, and emotionally. The past four days I have be feeling extremely panicky with negative thoughts. Prayers would be so gratefully appreciated. I could go into detail about how scared I have been due to my anxiety but I want to leave it as is and just ask that people pray for my mental health and healing.

I also suffer from anxiety, I am so sorry! I have been practicing breathing exercises...a lot! I prefer this over meds. (Look on YouTube.)Please try, I will pray for you.

Please open your bible and read Philippians 4 : 8 , dear one when these thoughts try to overcome you , come against them with this verse ..... Greater is He that is in you , than he who is in the world . You have Jesus living  on the inside of you and the enemy is trying to attack you , do not give in to him . Begin to worship the Lord  , in His presence is fullness of joy . Blessings !
