I am suffering from an anxiety disorder and it has been affecting me physically, mentally, and emotionally. The past four days I have been feeling extremely panicky with negative thoughts. Prayers would be so gratefully appreciated. I could go into detail about how scared I have been due to my anxiety but I want to leave it as is and just ask that people pray for my mental health and healing.

I also suffer from anxiety, I am so sorry! I have been practicing breathing exercises...a lot! I prefer this over meds. (Look on YouTube.) Please try, I will pray for you.

Please open your bible and read Philippians 4:8, dear one, when these thoughts try to overcome you, come against them with this verse ..... Greater is He that is in you, than he who is in the world. You have Jesus living on the inside of you and the enemy is trying to attack you, do not give in to him. Begin to worship the Lord, in His presence is fullness of joy. Blessings!
