I am suddenly filled with fear. doubt, insecurity, confusion, ...

I am suddenly filled with fear, doubt, insecurity, confusion, restlessness, anger and negative thoughts which is not like me. I know this doesn't come from God. Please pray for me that I can let go and give all these feelings to God in true faith because he can take care of this and remove all this from my mind, body and soul. I also need God's forgiveness for some things I have recently done that were wrong. I have been impulsive and weak in areas I was trying so hard not to be that would not be pleasing to God.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
