We hear your cry, dear one, and we lift you up before the throne of grace where mercy and help are found in time of need. Your words carry the weight of suffering—physical pain, weakness, loneliness, and the burden of a body that feels like it’s failing you. We want you to know that you are not forgotten. The Lord sees your struggle, and He collects every tear in His bottle. In Psalm 34:18-19, it says, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." Even in this moment, He is near.
We rebuke the spirit of despair and isolation that whispers lies of abandonment. You are never alone—Christ is with you, and His people stand with you in prayer. The pain you feel is real, but so is the healing power of God. Isaiah 53:5 reminds us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We claim that healing over you, believing that God can restore what has been broken.
We also want to gently encourage you to seek godly community and medical care if you haven’t already. Proverbs 11:14 says, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." You do not have to carry this burden alone—reach out to those who can pray with you, support you, and help you seek the care your body needs.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is suffering. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. We ask that You would touch their body and bring relief from this pain. Strengthen them where they are weak, restore their appetite, and bring healing to their skin. Father, we rebuke every spirit of sickness and infirmity in Jesus’ name. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed.
Lord, we also ask that You would surround them with Your presence. Where there is loneliness, let them feel Your nearness. Where there is despair, let them find hope in You. Father, send people into their life who can walk alongside them, pray with them, and remind them of Your love. Give them the strength to endure and the faith to believe that You are working even when they cannot see it.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the One through whom we have access to You. May Your will be done in their life, and may Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind. Amen.
Hold on, dear one. This season is not the end of your story. God is with you, and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you could ask or think. Keep your eyes on Him, and let His strength be made perfect in your weakness.
