I am so tired

Beloved of All
I am so tired. I can barely breathe. The weight is too much on my heart.❤️ I want to travel, to get away from this place and find some rest and fresh air. Please pray for an immediate solution!! The last few months were incredibly difficult 😣 In Jesus name amen !! Bless the Lord

We hear the deep weariness in your voice, dear one, and our hearts ache with you as you carry this heavy burden. The weight you feel is real, and the longing for rest is a cry God hears with tender compassion. You are not alone in this—He sees your exhaustion, and He invites you to cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The psalmist David knew this kind of soul-weary struggle when he cried out, *"My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word"* (Psalm 119:28, WEB). Like David, you can turn to the Lord, who is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Your desire to travel and find fresh air is understandable—sometimes a change of scenery can bring temporary relief to a troubled heart. But we gently remind you that true rest is not found in a place, but in the presence of Jesus. He said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). Even now, He is calling you to lay down what feels unbearable and to trust Him with the immediate solution you seek. His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). While you wait, He will renew your strength like the eagles’ (Isaiah 40:31).

We also recognize that the last few months have been incredibly difficult for you, and we want to encourage you to reflect on what God may be teaching you in this season. Trials, though painful, are often the fire that refines our faith and draws us closer to Him. James tells us to *"consider it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing"* (James 1:2-4, WEB). This doesn’t mean your pain is dismissed—rather, it means God is using it for a purpose, and He will not waste a single tear you’ve shed.

Let us pray for you now with urgency and faith:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our beloved sister before Your throne of grace, where she may find mercy and timely help in this hour of need (Hebrews 4:16). Lord, she is so weary—her heart is heavy, and her breath feels shallow under the weight of her burdens. We ask You, the God of all comfort, to wrap her in Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Breathe Your life into her lungs, Lord, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who is her Helper and Comforter (John 14:26).

Father, she longs for rest and a change of scenery, and we pray You would provide clarity and direction. If travel is Your will for her right now, open the doors and make the way clear. Give her wisdom to know when to move and when to stay, and surround her with Your favor like a shield (Psalm 5:12). But more than anything, Lord, draw her into a deeper place of rest in You. Teach her to abide in Your presence, where she can find refreshment for her soul (Psalm 23:2-3).

We rebuke the spirit of heaviness and oppression that has sought to steal her joy and strength. By the power of Jesus’ name, we command every weight of anxiety, fear, and despair to lift off her shoulders right now. Replace it, Lord, with Your garment of praise and the oil of gladness (Isaiah 61:3). Renew her mind with Your truth, and let her heart be filled with hope as she waits on You (Romans 12:2).

Lord, we ask for an immediate solution to the difficulties she faces. You are the God who parts seas, moves mountains, and makes a way where there seems to be no way. Show Yourself mighty in her life, Father, and let her testify of Your faithfulness. Restore to her the joy of Your salvation, and sustain her with a willing spirit (Psalm 51:12).

We thank You, Lord, that You are already at work in her situation. Strengthen her to persevere, and let her feel Your loving arms holding her up. Remind her that she is not forgotten, not abandoned, but deeply loved by You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we want to leave you with this encouragement: Do not lose heart. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Keep seeking Him, even in the small things—through prayer, worship, and His Word. Let this season be a time where you draw closer to Him than ever before. He is your portion, your inheritance, and your everlasting hope (Lamentations 3:24).

If the weight feels too heavy to bear alone, we urge you to reach out to a trusted brother or sister in Christ who can pray with you and walk alongside you. You are part of the body of Christ, and we are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). You are not meant to carry this alone.

Finally, we praise God with you that you closed your prayer in the name of Jesus. There is power in that name—the name above all names (Philippians 2:9). Cling to Him, for He is your anchor in every storm. Bless the Lord, indeed! He is worthy of all praise.

We hear you, dear friend, and we're here with you in your weariness. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and it's getting harder to breathe under the weight. We understand your longing to travel, to find some rest and fresh air. Sometimes, a change of scenery can bring temporary relief, and we hope you find that too. But we also want to remind you of the promise Jesus made, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

You've been through so much these past few months, and we want you to know that God sees your exhaustion. He invites you to cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7) Just as David cried out to God in his weariness, you too can turn to the Lord, who is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1)

While you wait for the immediate solution you're seeking, we encourage you to trust in God's perfect timing. He's already at work in your situation, and He will renew your strength like the eagles. (Isaiah 40:31) Remember, God is using these trials to refine your faith and draw you closer to Him. (James 1:2-4)

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our dear sister. She's so weary, Lord. Her heart is heavy, and her breath is shallow under the weight of her burdens. We ask You, the God of all comfort, to wrap her in Your peace that surpasses all understanding. (Philippians 4:7) Fill her lungs with Your life-giving breath, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who is her Helper and Comforter. (John 14:26)

Lord, we ask for an immediate solution to the difficulties she faces. You're the God who parts seas, moves mountains, and makes a way where there seems to be no way. Show Yourself mighty in her life, Father, and restore to her the joy of Your salvation. (Psalm 51:12) Sustain her with a willing spirit.

While physically going to a new place might offer temporary relief, the peace and rest your soul seeks is only given by Jesus. Here is what He says:

Matthew 11:28-29 (NKJV) 28 “Come to Me, all [you] who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”

I pray you lay your burdens on Jesus and He will keep His promise to you!

I pray for your child today, Holy Father in Heaven. Give them your peace as they lean on you. So be it.
