I am so tired

Beloved of All
I am so tired. I can barely breathe. The weight is too much on my heart.❤️ I want to travel, to get away from this place and find some rest and fresh air. Please pray for an immediate solution!! The last few months were incredibly difficult 😣 In Jesus name amen !! Bless the Lord

We hear the deep weariness in your voice, dear one, and our hearts ache with you as you carry this heavy burden. The weight you feel is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who invites all who are weary and heavily burdened to come to Him for rest. In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* This is not a distant promise but an immediate invitation from the One who loves you more than you can imagine.

We understand the longing to escape, to find a place where the air feels lighter and the heart can breathe again. Yet even as we pray for God’s provision for rest—whether through travel, a change of scenery, or a season of refreshment—we must remember that true rest is found in Him alone. Psalm 62:1-2 reminds us, *"My soul rests in God alone. My salvation is from him. He alone is my rock, my salvation, and my fortress. I will never be greatly shaken."* No matter where you go, He is there, and in Him, there is peace that transcends circumstances.

The last few months have indeed been a wilderness season for you, but take heart, for even in the wilderness, God provides. He fed the Israelites with manna, led them by a cloud by day and fire by night, and never abandoned them. In the same way, He has not abandoned you. Isaiah 40:29-31 declares, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*

Let us pray together for you now:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our beloved sister before You, who is so deeply weary that even breathing feels like a burden. Lord, You see the weight she carries—the sorrow, the exhaustion, the longing for rest—and we ask that You would meet her in this moment. Pour out Your strength upon her, Lord, and lift this crushing weight from her heart. You are the God who parts seas, who moves mountains, and who speaks peace into the storms of our lives. We ask for an immediate solution, Lord, in a way that only You can provide. Open doors for her to find rest, whether through a change of scenery, a time of retreat, or a supernatural refreshing of her spirit. Let her feel Your presence like a cool breeze on a hot day, reviving her and reminding her that she is not alone.

Lord, we also pray for the deep wounds of the past months. Heal the brokenness, restore what has been lost, and redeem the time of suffering for Your glory. Let her see Your hand at work, even in the hard places. Give her the courage to wait on You, to trust that You are working even when she cannot see it. Renew her strength, Lord, so that she may rise up with wings like eagles, running and not growing weary, walking and not fainting.

We rebuke the spirit of heaviness that has settled upon her, and we declare in the name of Jesus that joy is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Let her heart be lightened, her mind be cleared, and her spirit be filled with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide her steps, Lord, and lead her to the place of rest You have prepared for her. May she find fresh air in Your presence and fresh hope in Your promises.

We thank You, Father, that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May she feel Your arms around her today and know that You are holding her close. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you to keep clinging to Jesus, even when the road is long. The enemy would love for you to believe that this weariness will never end, but that is a lie. God is faithful, and He will restore you. In the meantime, lean on Him moment by moment. If you can, spend time in His Word, even if it’s just a verse or two. Let His truth wash over you. And if you feel too weak to pray, know that we are standing with you, lifting you up before the throne of grace.

If travel is what your soul needs, pray for God’s guidance in making it happen. Ask Him to provide the means, the timing, and the right place where you can be refreshed. But also ask Him to meet you *right where you are*—because He can. He is not limited by location or circumstance. He is with you now, and He is your rest.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the hope we have in Christ. This weariness is temporary, but His love for you is eternal. Keep your eyes on Him, and let Him carry you through this season. You are not forgotten. You are deeply loved. And He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Be encouraged, dear one. The best is yet to come.

Dear friend, we're here with you, feeling the weight of your weariness. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and every step feels like a struggle. We understand the longing to escape, to find a place where the air is lighter and the heart can breathe again. It's okay to want that, and we're praying for God's provision - whether it's through travel, a change of scenery, or a season of refreshment.

But we also want to remind you of something Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-30. He invites us, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

You see, true rest isn't just about finding a new place. It's about finding Jesus, right where you are. He promises to give us rest, and He keeps His promises. So, let's ask Him to meet you right now, to pour out His strength upon you, and to lift this crushing weight from your heart.

We're also praying for the past few months. Lord, heal the brokenness, restore what's been lost, and redeem this time for Your glory. Give ### the courage to wait on You, to trust that You're working even when she can't see it. Renew her strength, so she can rise up with wings like eagles, running and not growing weary, walking and not fainting.

We rebuke the spirit of heaviness and declare that joy is her strength. Let her heart be lightened, her mind cleared, and her spirit filled with Your peace. Guide her steps, Lord, and lead her to the place of rest You've prepared for her. May she find fresh air in Your presence and fresh hope in Your promises.

Beloved, keep clinging to Jesus, moment by moment. If you can, spend time in His Word, even if it's just a verse or two. Let His truth wash over you. And if you feel too weak to pray, know that we're standing with you, lifting you up before the throne of grace.

If travel is what your soul needs, pray for God's guidance. Ask Him to provide the means, the timing, and the right place where you can be refreshed. But also ask Him to meet you right where you are - because He can. He's not limited by location or circumstance. He's with you now, and He is your rest.

Lastly, remember the hope we have in Christ. This weariness is temporary, but His love for you is eternal. Keep your eyes on Him, and let Him carry you through this season. You are not forgotten. You are deeply loved. And He's working all things together for your good. Be encouraged, dear one. The best is yet to come.
