I am requesting prayer for my son's and daughter

They are under some heavy heavy witchcraft attacks my son's are displaying characteristics that are NOT them they dint study or pray anymore like they used to . They are with unbelievers one of my son's and his mate have tried to work witchcraft on me. I have heard them do it. On more than one occasion. I have been praying and fasting for them and myself I'm exhausted but I'm not giving up. Thank you

We hear the heaviness in your heart for your sons and daughter and we join with you in seeking God's will together in Jesus' name for their deliverance and protection. We admire your faithfulness in praying and fasting for them and we understand your exhaustion, yet we encourage you not to grow weary, for it is written Galatians 6:9 Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up.

We want to address the spiritual reality you are facing. The Word tells us Ephesians 6:12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. What you are describing is real spiritual warfare. Witchcraft in any form is an abomination before God and we must rebuke it clearly. As it is written Deuteronomy 18:10-12 There shall not be found with you anyone who practices divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh. We rebuke every work of witchcraft that has been spoken or attempted over you and your children, and we declare that it has no authority over those who belong to Christ, for 1 John 4:4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. And James 4:7 says Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

We also want to lovingly address what you shared about your sons being with unbelievers and one son and his mate attempting witchcraft against you. Scripture warns us 2 Corinthians 6:14 Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? When our children walk closely with unbelievers, their hearts can be drawn away from studying the Word and from prayer, just as you have seen. If your son and his mate are living together or involved sexually outside of marriage, we must call that what Scripture calls it, fornication, which is sin before God and opens doors to further spiritual bondage. God designed sexual intimacy for marriage alone, a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and He calls us to flee from fornication and to pursue purity. We pray that your sons will turn from any immoral relationships and from fellowship that pulls them away from Christ, and that they will seek godly spouses and godly marriages that honor the Lord if it is His will for them to marry. Courtship should be with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer.

We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we want to gently remind you how vital this is. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and power over darkness. Jesus said John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If we have not placed our faith in Jesus Christ, confessing with our mouth that He is Lord and believing in our heart that God raised Him from the dead as Romans 10:9 teaches, we have no authority to stand against the enemy. It is the name of Jesus that makes our prayers powerful and it is His blood that covers and protects us.

We also want to encourage you in your exhaustion. The Lord sees your fasting and your tears. He promises Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. And Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. You do not have to fight in your own strength. Put on the whole armor of God described in Ephesians 6:10-18, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet fitted with the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God, praying at all times. Rest also in His promise Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.

We now pray together with you.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this dear parent and her sons and daughter to You. Lord, we ask You to break every chain of witchcraft, every incantation and curse spoken against this family, and render it powerless by the blood of Jesus. We ask You to surround this mother with Your protection and give rest to her weary soul, renew her strength like the eagle's. Father, we pray for her sons and daughter, that You would open their eyes to the deception they are under, draw them back to hunger for Your Word and for prayer, convict them of any fellowship with darkness and any sexual immorality, and lead them to repentance. Separate them from unbelieving companions who lead them astray and bring godly Christian influences into their lives. Let them confess Jesus as Lord and be saved, filled with Your Holy Spirit, walking in Your light. We claim Your promise that no weapon formed against them shall prosper and that You will deliver them from all evil. We ask this in the victorious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and intercessor, amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfast in prayer and fasting as the Lord leads, to speak Scripture aloud in your home, to worship and praise God daily, and to seek fellowship with strong believers who will stand with you. Keep praying for your children's salvation and deliverance, trusting that God hears and will answer in His perfect timing. Do not give up, for the Lord is faithful to complete the good work He has begun.

Thank you for trusting us with this. To see your sons and daughter changing in ways that don't sound like them, stepping away from prayer and study, and to hear witchcraft spoken against you in your own home would leave anyone weary. We hear both your burden for them and your exhaustion, and we are grateful you have not given up.

We want to encourage you not to carry this alone. When the pressure feels so personal and heavy, isolation makes it heavier. Would you invite one or two steady, mature believers or a pastor you trust to pray regularly with you, in person when you can, so you are not the only one watching and praying. You can simply share what you shared here and ask them to keep checking in on you, not just on your children.

As you keep seeking the Lord, please also care for your own strength. Long seasons of fasting while exhausted can wear you down. Consider a more sustainable rhythm of prayer, rest, food and sleep, and talk with your pastor about what is wise for you right now. If the exhaustion continues, it is good to let your doctor know as well, alongside prayer.

We are standing with you in this.

Father, we lift this dear mother to You and her sons and daughter. Cover her with Your peace and protection, renew her strength as she waits on You, and give her wisdom for each day at home. Draw her children back to Yourself, away from influences that pull them from You, and bring them to know You more deeply. Keep this family in Your care and guide them by Your hand. Your cry has come before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard the heaviness that rests upon you as a mother who watches over her children in these dark days. You tell us that your sons and your daughter are beset and changed, that they do not study nor pray as they once did, that they walk with unbelievers, and that witchcraft has even been attempted against you within your own hearing. You have laboured in prayer and fasting till you are exhausted, yet you have not given up, and for this we bless God who keeps your heart steadfast.

There are seasons, as you well know, when prayer seems to have no return of blessing and to be as a waste of words. You have been wont to cast all your cares upon God and to come away rejoicing, but now the heavens appear as brass. In such an hour Satan is swift to shoot his arrow and to whisper, God has forsaken you, if you were His child He would have answered you before now. Yet that arrow is a lie. Has God left His children? Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. The Lord has not shut His ear, though He may for a little while delay His answer to try your faith and to make your deliverance the more manifestly His own work.

Know this, that intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for it is most like the prayer of Christ who ever lives to make intercession for us. When you plead for your sons and your daughter, you stand in a priestly place, and such prayer is exceedingly prevalent. It has stayed plagues and it has turned sinners from the error of their ways. Though you feel your weakness, when you can plead a promise and drop that prayer into the ground with hope, it shall not miscarry but shall prevail with God and bring down blessings from on high. Prayer is a wondrous blender of hearts and it will fit you to be Gods instrument for their restoration, even while you wait.

Your deliverance and theirs does not rest upon any power of darkness, for our deliverance was attended with enrichment when the Lamb was slain. Pharaoh held Israel captive through all the plagues, but he could not go beyond the point which God appointed, and when the blood was sprinkled He brought them forth with silver and gold. So also Christ our Passover has been sacrificed, and He has found a ransom. The prisoner ready to go down to the pit is delivered, not by might nor by enchantment, but because the Kings own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. God Himself proclaims, I have found a ransom, and therefore the deliverance is certain, indeed it is already accomplished at Calvary. No witchcraft, no curse, no whisper in a back room can stand against that blood. He who brought Israel forth will bring your children forth, and He will not share the honour of it with any other.

Imitate Jacob in his model prayer. When he was in great fear for his beloved children, he first did what wisdom required and then he betook himself to prayer with humility of spirit, spreading his case before the Lord and pressing his suit with arguments drawn from Gods own promises. So do you. Plead with the Most High, Remember the Word unto Thy servant, upon which Thou hast caused me to hope. Remind Him that He has said He will be the God of you and of your seed, that He quickens those who are dead in trespasses, that He keeps His own from evil. And add this prayer for yourself in your exhaustion, Quicken me in Thy way, for such a prayer is an index of life and God loves to answer it. Neglect not private prayer, for he that is mighty on his knees is mighty everywhere, and it is a glorious thing to have a well in the family where in prayer with the children you can bring all the necessities of the household before God and mention each child by name.

Let us pray together for you and for them.

O Lord our God, who hearest prayer, look upon this weary mother who has watched and fasted and wept for her children. Forgive her shortcomings and slackness where she has failed, and quicken her in Thy way, renew her strength as the eagles, and let her not faint under the burden. Put underneath her Thine everlasting arms. Deliver her sons and her daughter from the snare of the enemy and from every work of darkness. Break the power of witchcraft and of every evil influence, for Thou hast triumphed over principalities and powers by Thy cross. Turn their hearts again to seek Thee, to love Thy Word, to pray and to study with delight. Save them by Thy free grace, wash them in the blood of the Lamb, and separate them from fellowship that draws them from Thee, that they may walk in the light as children of light. Keep this household from evil, as Christ prayed, Father, keep them from the evil. And bring them forth as from a furnace, that they may be as those holy children who gained by the fire and gave all glory to Thee. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Thou hast found a ransom, and for the sake of Jesus Christ our only hope. Amen.

Persevere in importunity, saying with David, Yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities. The answer may not come in the way you expect, as it did not with Jacob, but it will come, and it will be seen that He brought them forth. Be much in supplication and rest in this, that the Lord reigns and His mercy has appointed the hour of deliverance.
