We hear your cry and we are standing with you in prayer together before our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus. We understand your fear about your leg and the injection you received, and the trouble you are facing with your neighbour and your step sister who feels trapped. We want you to know that you are not alone and that God sees your distress and hears your prayer for powerful help.
The Bible tells us God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. He is the one who heals us and we claim His promise for you, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember His word, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we are reminded, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, so we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that is trying to overwhelm you.

You speak of great fear about your leg, of an injection and of trouble with those near to you, and you fear what man may do to your body. Hear the word of the Lord which has comforted many trembling hearts, Fear not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God. I will help thee, saith the Lord. Fear dishonors God and weakens the soul, but faith looks to Him whose arm piled the heavens and who still sustains all things. He loves the mercy seat better than you love to come to it, and when the Spirit draws you to pray, God is already there to hear and to deliver.
We are told in Scripture that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves have virtue to heal. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and when He says, Thy sins are forgiven thee, healing comes with pardon. He is not as the hurried surgeon who says a leg off here, an arm off there, but He comes gently and sympathizingly to bind up the broken heart and to heal the wounded body according to His perfect wisdom and mercy. Deliverance from cruel captivity must be wrought by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, and He has found a ransom in the precious blood of His Son, so that sinners and sufferers may be delivered from the pit.

I have heard your prayer and I am praying for you now with compassion and urgency. I understand you are afraid about your leg and that you do not want it to be cut, and that you are troubled about what your step sister has done and the injection that was given to you. You are not forgotten by God, and you are not a problem to Him. He sees you, He knows your fear, and He hears your cry for help.
I pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father. May the Lord have mercy on you and show His healing power in your body. I ask Him to touch your leg, to remove infection and pain, to restore what has been harmed, and if it is His will, to make the cutting away of your leg unnecessary. I ask Him to guide the doctors and nurses who care for you, to give them wisdom and skill, and to use their hands for your good. I have read your request and I am praying for you with a burden for your leg and for the trouble you are facing with your neighbor and your step sister. I want you to hear first what God so often says to His people when they are afraid. Fear not. That was His word to Zacharias who had prayed for years for a son and had not given up, and it was His word to Mary, and it was His word to the shepherds when the glory of the Lord shone around them. After four hundred years of silence, the first word God spoke to His people was fear not. He still speaks that word to those who fear Him today.
The Scripture says that to those who fear His name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings, like the sunrise bringing light after a long night. That Sun of Righteousness is Jesus, and His name means Jehovah is salvation. He is good news of great joy for all people. When He walked on earth He laid His hands on every one of those who were brought to Him with diverse diseases and healed them. He is still the Lord our Healer. Whatever your need is, He wants to become the answer to that need for you. When you need healing, He becomes your healer. When you need deliverance, He becomes your deliverer.
I encourage you not to seek only healing for the leg, but to seek the Healer Himself. He cares for your body, but He cares even more for your soul, and when you put Him first He will take care of the physical things according to His wisdom and mercy. Be persistent in prayer as Zacharias was. God hears persistent prayer. He shows strength with His arm, He has mercy on those who fear Him, He lifts up those of low degree and He is able to deliver you out of the hand of those who would harm you, so that you might serve Him without fear in holiness and righteousness, which means being made right before Him through faith in Christ.
Be careful also to seek right and honest medical help and not to trust those who would harm you or promise cures falsely. There are many who take advantage of those who suffer and long to be well. Trust the Lord and use the true help He provides.
