We have heard your heart and we bring your needs before the Lord together in Jesus name. We understand you are concerned about a leg problem affecting a woman who feels trapped and in need of escape, and you are also concerned about your sister who has had an injection in her body. We do not fully understand every detail you shared, but God knows all matters completely and He hears every cry for help.
We want to encourage you that God is our refuge and our healer and our deliverer. When we feel trapped or afraid or burdened by physical suffering, we can run to Him. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. For physical healing we cling to Jeremiah 30:17 which says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and find salvation and answered prayer. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Your cry, though broken in utterance, has been heard and is now carried to the throne of grace where the ear of God is never shut to the needy soul.
We understand you to speak of a trouble in the leg, of women who are trapped and need escape, and of your sister who has some affliction or pain in her body where an injection has been made. If we have not rightly taken your meaning, the Lord Himself knows it fully, for He understands the groaning that cannot be uttered, and He is able to heal and to deliver even when our words fail.
There is abundant healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings upon those who sit in the midnight of despair. Deliverance from a cruel captivity must be worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone. He does not share the honor of deliverance with another, yet He loves to hear the willing assent of a trusting heart when He brings forth His people.
So we would have you look first to the great deliverance from the pit. The prisoner ready to be executed finds undeserved deliverance because the King's own Son has borne the penalty, for God has said, I have found a ransom. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were one. If you have not yet done so, seek first that forgiveness which comes through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we must be saved. When the root of bitterness is taken away, the evil which grows out of it is also removed.
For those who are trapped, we pray that the Lord who brought forth Israel with silver and gold would make their deliverance effectual and bring them forth in His own time and way. For your leg and for your sister's body, we pray the Great Physician would lay His hand upon you. He bindeth up the broken heart and healeth all our diseases, and He uses both the balm of His own grace and the skill of earthly physicians. Therefore neglect not to seek godly and proper medical help for these bodily afflictions while you look above all to Christ.
Let us pray for you. O Lord our God, Thou hast seen these afflictions and Thou hast chastened and tried, yet Thou art full of compassion. Look upon this sufferer and upon his sister, and upon those who are said to be trapped. Bring deliverance in the hour which Thy mercy has appointed, for the clock of mercy strikes according to Thine eternal purpose. We pray for you now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ your Son, who alone is our salvation and our hope, have mercy. We ask you to lay your healing hand upon this leg that is suffering and bring relief and strength. We ask you to make a way of escape for those who feel trapped, to protect them and lead them to safety and to people who can help them with wisdom and care. We ask you to watch over this sister, to guard her body and life, to heal what has been harmed and to give her and those around her sound help and counsel. Lord, give to the one who wrote this request comfort in affliction, faith to keep seeking you, and the joy that your Holy Spirit gives even in hard times.
Do not lose heart if help does not come in the moment you expect. Scripture shows us that God hears, and even when the answer seems delayed, He is still working for good. Like a physician who continues to apply medicine, God continues His work in us through His Word and His Spirit. Keep hearing the Word of God with care, remembering it, and asking for strength to walk in His ways day by day. No one part of the Christian life stands alone, but a steady hearing of the truth, courage in trial, and trust in Christ lead toward health of soul and body.

God sees your situation and He cares for each person involved. The Scripture reveals Him as the Lord who heals, the One who becomes what we need when we call on Him in prayer. When we bring our sickness and our trouble to Him, He does not only offer help, He offers Himself. The prophet Malachi spoke of the Sun of Righteousness arising with healing in His wings, like the sunrise bringing light and healing after a long night, and that promise is fulfilled in Jesus. The Gospels show Jesus moved with compassion, laying His hands on everyone who was brought to Him with various diseases and healing them by the power of the Holy Spirit upon Him.

There are times when circumstances feel closed in on every side, yet Scripture shows that God is able to make a way for deliverance. Even when we do not see the way, He remains faithful to provide it, and He often places people where they are for a purpose that only becomes clear as they trust Him.
It is important not to seek only healing or only deliverance as things in themselves, but to seek the Healer and the Deliverer Himself.
