I Am Hopeless, Where Is The Way

I am an immigrant and have been staying in the US for 9 years. I still have difficult time to communicate with natives (hard time to understand what they said, and the speech at lectures). I study very hard and spend most of the time to study, but the result piss me off. I've used all the methods I know and it's useless. I took soooo many classes than I imagine. I am deaf and dumb. After years, the result proof that I am stupid. I have hard time to make friends and get a good job, and I know why. I cannot see any path and I don't even know where and how to start now.
