I am being attacked by a spirit of suicide and self-harm. I am not going to give in to it so please don't be worried but it makes me feel awful and I just want it to go away in the name of Jesus.

If you want it to go away then tell it to go away. Just like Jesus said, speak to the mountain/problem and tell it what to do.

We are also told to resist the evil one and he shall flee. And do it in the name of Jesus.
