I am a slave to sin. I am a glutton. Because I fill myself w/ food instead of God's Word I am over 100 lbs overweight. I isolate myself and get depressed often. My ankles are constantly swollen & I get out of breath from exercising. My father is a diabetic & I fear I may become one as well. Pray God would give me self-control and the determination to give up the slave to food and trust in Him.
