We join with you in lifting up your husband before the throne of grace and we thank you for inviting us to stand with you in prayer for his total healing in Jesus' name.
We hear the weight you carry as a wife watching the one you love battle severe mental illness and personality disorder and we want you to know that God sees both of you, He knows your sorrow, and He cares deeply for your marriage. Marriage is a holy covenant before God and your faithfulness in praying for your husband honors Him. We pray that God will strengthen your marriage through this trial and draw you both closer to Him and to each other.
Scripture reminds us of God's power to heal and to bring peace to the troubled mind. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we hold to the promise But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.
We also encourage you to continue to seek wise and godly help alongside prayer, including trusted medical professionals and pastoral counsel, for God often works through those means as instruments of His healing grace, and to lean on the body of Christ for support so you do not carry this burden alone. We pray for your own strength, peace, and endurance as you love and care for your husband.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne. We lift up this dear husband to You and ask in Jesus' name that You would touch his mind, his heart, and his spirit. Lord, You know the depth of this severe mental illness and personality disorder, nothing is hidden from You. We ask for Your total healing upon him according to Your perfect will. Bring clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is torment, stability where there is turmoil, and restoration where there has been brokenness. Guard his thoughts in Christ Jesus and fill him with Your spirit of power, love, and self-control. We pray You would guide his doctors and counselors, give wisdom to those who care for him, and surround this wife with Your comfort, strength, and hope. Help her to feel Your presence each day, to rest in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake her, and to trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We speak Your peace over their home and their marriage and we ask that this trial would become a testimony of Your healing power and mercy. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Healer and our Hope. Amen.

Your burden concerning your husband has been brought before the Lord with much tenderness, and we join our hearts with yours in prayer to our gracious God in the name of Jesus Christ.
To watch one so dear to you suffer under severe mental illness and disorder of mind is a deep and wounding trial. Such afflictions break the heart and vex the spirit, and they remind us how sorely our whole nature needs healing. Yet we are pointed to a sure and abundant hope. There is healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. When He healed the palsied man, He first said, Thy sins be forgiven thee, to show that pardon and healing are joined together in His hand.
We therefore lift your husband before the great Physician, who is able to heal both soul and body, and whose touch changes the life blood and makes the nature other than it was before. We pray that the Lord in His mercy would lay His healing hand upon your husband, calm the troubled mind, restore soundness of thought and peace of spirit, and grant clarity where there has been confusion and distress. We ask that Christ, who took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses, would manifest His power in this body and mind, and that His grace would work health and cure according to His perfect wisdom and will.
We pray also for you, who bear this sorrow in faithful love within the holy covenant of marriage. The Lord who is a Husband to His people in special love, in faithfulness, and in tender communion, knows your weariness and will provide for you. May He sustain you day by day, give you strength for each hour, quiet your heart with His promises, and keep you near to Himself where faith cometh by hearing the Word of God. Continue to look to Jesus, to rest upon His finished work for pardon and life, and to seek Him in prayer and in the Scriptures, for He is the conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to those below.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, have mercy upon this dear husband. Thou knowest his frame and his affliction. Thou art able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think. We beseech Thee to grant him healing of mind and spirit, to still the storm within, to renew his thoughts and restore him to soundness and peace. Forgive his sins and heal his diseases, and let Thy healing virtue rest upon him. Uphold his wife with Thy strength, comfort her with Thy presence, and teach her to cast all her care upon Thee, for Thou carest for her. Let Thy will be done, and let Thy name be glorified in this household, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your request has been heard and we join you in bringing your husband before the Lord with compassion and earnest prayer.
To watch a husband suffer with severe mental illness and disorder of personality is a heavy and daily cross, and it is right that you turn to Christ who alone is our healer and hope. Scripture teaches that marriage is a lifelong covenant and that a wife is bound to her husband as long as he lives, and that she is not to depart from him lightly. This does not mean to bear the burden alone or without help, but to remain faithful in love, in prayer, and in seeking what is good for his soul and body. The way of love in such a trial is shown in gentleness, meekness, constancy and quiet strength, which often does more for a husband than any other outward thing.
We will pray for you both now.
Father in heaven, we come to you in the name of Jesus Christ your Son, through whom alone we have salvation and access to your mercy. Look with compassion upon this husband and upon his wife who intercedes for him. You know his mind, his affliction, and the depth of his struggle. We ask that in your mercy you would bring healing to his mind and restore him to soundness and peace. Calm what is troubled, correct what is disordered, and grant him clarity, stability and rest. Give wisdom to all who care for him, to physicians and counselors and to his family, that they may help him with skill and kindness. Strengthen his wife with patience, hope and endurance, guard her from weariness and despair, and keep their marriage rooted in your grace. Above all, draw him and keep him close to Christ, for true wholeness comes from knowing you. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
