We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear husband in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and restores what is broken. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise today, believing that You see every struggle, every pain, and every weakness this husband is facing.
Lord Jesus, we ask for Your divine intervention in his life. Touch him with Your healing hands and renew his strength as You promised in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Restore his appetite, Lord, and let his body, soul, and mind be refreshed in You. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up his wife, who is carrying this burden with love and faith. Strengthen her, Lord, and remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let her trust in You deepen as she waits on Your perfect timing and will.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be attacking this husband. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we command every sickness and weakness to leave his body in the mighty name of Jesus. Let Your healing power flow through him like a river, bringing wholeness and restoration.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come to You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. May this husband experience Your healing touch in a tangible way, and may Your name be glorified through his testimony. Amen.
To the wife who has poured out this prayer, we encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises. Hold fast to His Word, for it is life and health to all who find it (Proverbs 4:22). Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you and uplift you in faith. Remember, God is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19), and His promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).
