Disciple of Prayer
How do I confront the issue so that healing may take place? About a few years ago, I was sort of addicted to explicit things such as porn. Now don't consider myself addicted like I used to be although once in a while that I may struggle with lust. However, I know that God is working in my life and I try not to fall into temptation.
However, one thing that I am struggling with is that one of my friends saw me click 'like' on an explicit thing on Facebook about two years ago. From then, it seems like she is holding some kind of judgment on me, thinking of me less or like looking down on me. Although time may have healed a little bit, it feels like it didn't completely heal.
If I think that she is still holding a little judgment, how do I confront the issue? It is a sensitive topic, so it is kind of hard to bring up to her. I don't want this issue to drag, and have her think of me less all the time? If I try to bring it up after two years and try to apologize or confront, what would she think? At the same time, can you pray that she will not hold judgment at all and perhaps apologize if she is?
