The Bible tells us in Proverbs 4:14-15, *"Do not enter the path of the wicked, and do not walk in the way of evil. Avoid it, do not pass by it; turn from it, and pass on."* You did what was necessary to protect your well-being, and that is commendable.
We also rebuke the words of those who mocked and berated you. Proverbs 12:18 says, *"There is one who speaks rashly like the piercing of a sword, but the tongue of the wise heals."* Their words were not of God, and we pray that He would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of your situation. You are not defined by their criticism, but by the love and purpose God has for you.
Now, we lift up your need for employment and financial provision. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for you—jobs that honor Him, provide for your needs, and restore your peace. May He guide your steps and give you favor with those who can help you secure stable work.
Regarding the potential lawsuit, we declare that God is your defender. Psalm 37:25-26 says, *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread. All day long he deals graciously, and lends. His offspring is blessed."* We pray that the Lord would intervene on your behalf, softening hearts and resolving this matter in a way that brings glory to His name.
Father, we ask that You calm this dear one’s mind and heart. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their provider, their protector, and their strength. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in Your promises.
