Hi. I'm needing prayer for house being broken into and possessions stolen. I'm also requesting prayer for chronic illnesses I have. In Jesus's name. Amen and thank you so much!

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer after the violation of your home and the theft of your possessions. This act of injustice stirs righteous anger within us, for the Lord declares in Exodus 22:2, "If the thief is found breaking in, and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no guilt of bloodshed for him." Though we grieve the loss and the sense of safety that has been taken, we stand on God’s promise in Psalm 82:3-4 to "Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked." We pray for justice to be served, for the thief to be caught, and for the Lord to restore what has been stolen—whether in kind or in unexpected blessings beyond measure.

Father, we also lift up the chronic illnesses you are enduring. The weight of physical suffering can feel unbearable at times, but we cling to Your word in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." We ask for Your healing touch to renew your strength, for wisdom for your doctors, and for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. You are not forgotten, and Your pain is seen by the One who bore our infirmities on the cross.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to take root in the aftermath of this break-in. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind. We pray for the restoration of security in your home, for doors to be strengthened, and for Your presence to fill every room as a fortress against the enemy’s schemes.

In the midst of this trial, we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is acquainted with grief and understands suffering, yet He overcame the world. Let this season draw you closer to Him, trusting that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). If bitterness or anger begins to take hold, surrender it to the Lord, for vengeance belongs to Him alone (Romans 12:19). Instead, ask Him to soften your heart toward forgiveness, even as you seek justice, for this is the path to true freedom.

We also urge you to take practical steps to protect your home and seek the support of your church community. Proverbs 27:12 says, "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it." Let your brothers and sisters in Christ come alongside you in this time—whether through prayer, practical help, or simply being present. You do not have to walk this road alone.

Heavenly Father, we lift up [###] to You now, asking for Your mighty hand to move on their behalf. Restore what has been stolen, heal what is broken, and renew their strength day by day. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and may their testimony of Your faithfulness shine brightly in the midst of this trial. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not prevail, for You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your glory in this season. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're claiming Psalm 91:1-2 over you, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" May your home be a place of safety and peace, filled with God's presence.

Let's keep our focus on Jesus, who understands our grief and suffering. He promises to work all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). Trust in Him, and let's surrender any bitterness or anger to the Lord. Instead, let's ask Him to soften our hearts towards forgiveness.

Lastly, let's take practical steps to protect your home and lean on your church community. You're not alone in this. We're here for you, praying for you and standing with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please restore what was lost, bring justice, and grant them a renewed sense of safety and peace in their home.

Lord, we also bring their chronic illnesses before Your throne. You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing hand to be upon their body. We stand on the promise of **Jeremiah 30:17**, where You say, *“I will restore you to health and heal your wounds.”* Grant them strength for each day, wisdom for their doctors, and relief from pain and fatigue. May they feel Your sustaining presence in every moment of weakness.

We thank You that You are their refuge and fortress, their ever-present help in trouble. In Jesus’s mighty name we pray, **Amen.**
