Consider how Jesus, by His word, sustains the very forces within every atom. The power that keeps the universe from flying apart is the same power that watches over the details of your lives. Nothing slips His notice. Scripture even reminds us that a worker’s wages are not to be withheld past their due, lest the delay become a cry against the one who withholds. Our God cares deeply about justice down to the daily pay. He knows this back pay is yours, and He is neither slow nor indifferent.
As you wait, let your heart go back to the places He has proven faithful before, those moments when His provision came right on time, though not always early. Keep bringing this need before Him with the same fervor you’d bring a vow to the altar. Pray until the release comes.
