We join with you in prayer over the repairs at the rental where you live and we thank you for bringing this need before the Lord in Jesus' name. He truly does know what is going on and He cares about every detail of our lives, even the condition of the place where we dwell.
We are reminded in scripture that unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it, unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain Psalm 127:1. We take comfort also in the promise that if we commit our deeds to Yahweh, our plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3, and that when we bring our requests to Him, the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, thanking You that You see and know all that is happening with these repairs. We ask that You would give wisdom and integrity to the workers and to those overseeing the work, that the repairs would be done properly, safely, and in a timely manner. We ask that You would protect the home from further damage and protect all who enter to do the work from harm. Lord, provide for every need and let this rental be a place of peace and safety, for You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust Psalm 91:2. Grant our friend patience and peace while the work is being completed and let all go well according to Your good will. We thank You that we can cast all our cares upon You because You care for us. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust Him with this situation and to rest in His provision. He who watches over you neither slumbers nor sleeps and He will see this through for your good.

Thank you for letting us pray with you about the repairs. We know how unsettling it can be when the place where you live is torn up and you are depending on others to do the work well and on time. Even when it is a rental, it is still your home, and it makes sense to want things handled fairly, carefully, and with respect for your space.

We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer to our gracious God concerning the repairs at the rental where you live. It is a comfort to know that Jesus knows what is going on, for nothing escapes His eye and no care is too small for His heart of love.
We pray that the Lord, who is the God of peace, will watch over all that is to be done, give skill and integrity to those who labor, and cause all things to be ordered well and completed in safety. May He provide what is needed and keep your dwelling in quietness and security.
In the midst of such cares, may you prove the promise, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This peace is not the false peace of which it is said, Peace, peace, where there is no peace, but the true peace which comes through the blood of Jesus Christ, who is our peace. It is a peace which the Father gives, which Christ purchased, and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul, a peace that passes all understanding and keeps the heart and mind.
