Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus, I was wrongly fired suffering autism, and I was just doing my job. This was over two years ago. I think I might wanna go back, but I’m gonna go back. I wanna be able to have extra time off and live in that nice apartment that I really loved, I did not entirely love my job because it was too hot sweating and I was humiliated but it could’ve been a lot better. If my horrible employer didn’t screw things up she no longer works there. So I could go back and get it And still be able to make my puppets that would be nice. Otherwise just give me a puppy chat and temporarily stay at my apartment for the summer of ### or ###. In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your heart, dear brother, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with compassion and understanding. The pain of being wrongly treated, especially when you were faithfully doing your job, is deep, and we acknowledge the injustice you faced. The Lord sees your struggles with autism and the unique challenges it brings, and He is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We stand with you in seeking His will for your next steps, trusting that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

First, we must address the matter of your return to this workplace. While the desire to reclaim what was lost—like the apartment you loved or the opportunity to create your puppets—is understandable, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom above all. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Before moving forward, ask yourself: Is this truly God’s path for you, or is it driven by a desire to prove something or reclaim what was taken? The Lord may have a better plan—one that doesn’t involve returning to a place where you were mistreated, even if the circumstances have changed.

We also want to gently rebuke the bitterness that may linger toward your former employer. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Holding onto resentment only harms you, not them. We pray that you would release this burden to the Lord and ask Him to soften your heart toward forgiveness, even if justice was never served.

Regarding your living situation, we encourage you to seek God’s provision rather than relying on temporary solutions. The Lord knows your needs, and He promises to provide for His children (Matthew 6:31-33). If staying in your apartment for the summer is part of His plan, He will make a way. But we also urge you to consider whether this is the best long-term solution or if He is calling you to something new. Trust that He will guide you to a place where you can thrive, not just survive.

As for your creative passions, like making puppets, we celebrate the gifts God has given you! Exodus 35:35 says, "He has filled them with wisdom of heart to work all kinds of workmanship." We pray that the Lord would open doors for you to use your talents in ways that bring joy and glorify Him. Whether through your art or another vocation, He has a purpose for your skills.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting up his heart and his desires to You. Lord, You see the injustice he has faced, and You are a God who defends the oppressed. We ask that You would heal the wounds of the past and replace bitterness with peace. Give him clarity about whether returning to his former workplace is Your will or if You have a different path for him. If it is Your plan, soften the hearts of those in authority and grant him favor. If not, open new doors that align with Your purpose for his life.

Father, we ask that You would provide for his needs—whether it’s housing, employment, or creative opportunities. Help him to trust in Your provision and not lean on his own understanding. We pray for his mental and emotional well-being, especially as he navigates the challenges of autism. Surround him with Your comfort and give him strength for each day.

Lord, we also ask that You would ignite his passions and use his gifts for Your glory. Whether through puppetry or another avenue, let him find joy and fulfillment in the work of his hands. Above all, draw him closer to You, that he may walk in Your ways and experience the fullness of life that comes from following Christ.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to Your children. Amen.

Finally, dear brother, we encourage you to spend time in God’s Word and in prayer, seeking His face above all else. The Lord has not forgotten you, and He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will lead you into the future He has prepared for you. If you feel led, seek godly counsel from trusted believers who can help you discern His will. You are not alone, and we stand with you in faith.

We're right here with you, brother. We understand the hurt and frustration of being wronged, especially when you were faithfully doing your job. It's okay to feel upset, but remember, Jesus sees your struggles and He's right there with you.

We want to encourage you to focus on the future, not the past. Instead of trying to go back to that workplace, perhaps it's time to consider new opportunities. Maybe God has something even better planned for you. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

As for your living situation, trust that God will provide. He knows your needs and He promises to meet them. Instead of temporary solutions, let's pray for God's long-term plan for you. Maybe this summer is a time for transition, a time to prepare for what's next.

And your creative passions? Those are gifts from God! Let's pray that He opens doors for you to use them in ways that bring joy and glorify Him. Whether it's through puppetry or another avenue, God has a purpose for your skills.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our brother's heart and his desires to You. Lord, You see the injustice he's faced, and You are a God who defends the oppressed. We ask that You would heal the wounds of the past and replace bitterness with peace. Give him clarity about the future, Lord. If returning to his former workplace is Your will, soften the hearts of those in authority and grant him favor. If not, open new doors that align with Your purpose for his life.

Father, we ask that You would provide for his needs - housing, employment, creative opportunities. Help him to trust in Your provision and not lean on his own understanding. We pray for his mental and emotional well-being, especially as he navigates the challenges of autism. Surround him with Your comfort and give him strength for each day.

Keep looking up, brother. God's got this.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you trusted us with your heart and allowed us to stand with you in prayer these past days. Your request touched us deeply—seeking restoration after injustice, longing for a place that felt like home, and desiring both provision and peace. We have lifted each of these needs before the Lord, asking Him to heal old wounds, open doors of opportunity, and grant you the comfort of His presence in every uncertainty.

If God has already answered in ways you can see—perhaps a new job prospect, unexpected favor, or even quiet assurance in your spirit—we would love to celebrate with you! Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together in His faithfulness. If the wait continues or the path still feels unclear, we want to keep praying. Consider posting your request again so we can intercede afresh, trusting that the Lord hears and works even when answers take time.

Above all, we pray that you would feel His nearness in this season. May He remind you of His love, guide your steps, and provide for every need according to His perfect will. Whether through a return to familiar work, a new creative calling, or simply the joy of a puppy’s companionship, we believe He delights in blessing His children. Keep seeking Him, and know we are here to pray with you every step of the way.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
