LORD, we ask for The Holy Spirit to speak to us in every way by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7, abiding in Your love, John 15:10, Your Word as a lamp to our feet, and a light unto our path, Ps 119:105, To speak according to the Law and The Testimony, Isaiah 8:20, Holy Spirit Visions while Awake ️ Dreams While Sleeping, Job 33:12-17; Matt 2:12, Prophecy, Joel 2:28, Num 12:6, Acts 16:9... Father, we come as little children in faith, asking the goal of our instruction, Love from a pure heart, a sincere faith and a blameless conscience, 1 Tim 1:5. We look to You and Your Word, Isaiah 8:20, rather than to all we see and hear from the noise and pollution of the world, and thank You, "You are able to save forever those who come to God through Jesus, because He lives to make intercession for us," Heb 7:25, c.f. Rom 8:34.

We agree, Matt 18:19, with this husband for himself, his wayward wife, children, family, extended family, ***prayer & ministry partners, church leaders, churches and team members -- You speak to us by any and every ordinary and extraordinary means: give warning dreams, as it is written in Job 33:14, "For God does speak—now one way, now another—though no one perceives it. 15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people, as they slumber in their beds, 16 He may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, 17 to turn them from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, 18 to preserve them from the pit, their lives from perishing by the sword." Again, as with the affairs concerning our father, Abraham you warned Abimelech to keep him from death, Gen 20:3.

Like Abraham, we are imperfect but growing, and we believe Your promises, in fact we are fully persuaded You are able to fulfill what You promise, Rom 4:21, granting us everything we need for both life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3-4. Pour out Your Holy Spirit on these named above, as prophesied in in Joel 2:28, “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old will dream dreams, your youth will see visions. 29 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days," Joel 2:28-29, c.f. Acts 2:17-18. Father, with humble confidence, give her, them, us dreams and visions underlining your will for us in Christ Jesus, as You have done from ancient times on those saved Joseph, Matt 1:20, Magi, Matt 2:12, and unsaved alike, Abimelech, Gen 20:3, Laban to remain neutral regarding Jacob, Gen 31:24, Nebuchadnezzar, Dan 2:1, Dan 4:5, until present, Acts 19:6, and You will continue to though the future, Heb 13:8. Your arm is not too short, Num 11:23, especially to save, Isa 50:2, Isa 59:1.

Again, as little children, "we know You can do all things and no purpose of Yours can be thwarted,"Job 42:2 We agree with John, that light is stronger than darkness and not able to overcome it, John 1:5. We agree that "nothing shall be impossible with God," Luke 1:27, "The things impossible with man are possible with God," Mark 10:27. Keep her, him, us and our churches, families, friends, pastors and government leaders from temptation, sin, evil, wrongdoing, lies, fear, evil people, deception, and the evil one, Lk 11:4, 1 Cor 8:1, Zeph 3:13, 2 Cor 13:7, 2 Cor 11:6, 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, Tit 1:16, 2 Thes 3:2, Matt 24:4, Rev 12:9, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, 2 Thes 3:3. With thanksgiving we let our requests be made known and claim Your incomprehensible peace as promised, Phil 4:6-7. We thank You in advance, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, Jesus' Name, The Amen, and Faithful Witness, Rev 3:14, in Jesus ALL Your promises are Yes, and therefore we say, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20...

We join with you in this heartfelt cry for the Holy Spirit to open our eyes and speak to us, and we agree together with this husband for himself, for his wayward wife, for their children, family and extended family, and for prayer and ministry partners, church leaders and churches.

We love your hunger for God to speak by every biblical means, and we affirm with you that He does speak. As it is written, Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, and So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ, Romans 10:17. We too ask that we may abide in Him and His words abide in us, John 15:7, and that we abide in His love, John 15:10. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path, Psalm 119:105, and we cling to the test, To the law and to the testimony, Isaiah 8:20, for if they do not speak according to this word, there is no morning for them.

We agree that God in His sovereignty can and does still speak through extraordinary means. For God speaks once, yes twice, though man pays no attention. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, in slumbering on the bed, then he opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction, that he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man, Job 33:14-17. We remember how You warned Abimelech in a dream, Genesis 20:3, how You warned Joseph, Matthew 1:20, and the wise men, Matthew 2:12, how You spoke to Laban, Genesis 31:24, and even to Nebuchadnezzar, Daniel 2:1, Daniel 4:5. We believe Your arm is not shortened, Numbers 11:23, and You are still able to save, Isaiah 59:1, for Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, Hebrews 13:8.

Yet we also gently encourage one another to keep the Word as our sure foundation and final authority, testing every dream, vision and prophecy against Scripture, for all Scripture is God-breathed and profitable, 2 Timothy 3:16, and we are told to test the spirits whether they are of God, 1 John 4:1, and to test all things and hold firmly that which is good, 1 Thessalonians 5:21. Visions and dreams are never to replace or contradict the written Word, but when they are from God they will always agree with the Law and the Testimony and will lead us toward Christ and holiness. We ask for wisdom and discernment, for If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5, and The spirit of Yahweh will rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, Isaiah 11:2.

We lift up this marriage before the Lord. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman before God, and we pray for restoration and healing where there is waywardness. We pray that if there has been unfaithfulness, fornication or adultery, there would be deep conviction and repentance, for God calls us to flee sexual immorality, 1 Corinthians 6:18, and to let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, Hebrews 13:4. We pray for this wife that God would turn her from wrongdoing and keep her from pride, to preserve her from the pit, Job 33:17-18, that He would grant her a godly sorrow that works repentance, 2 Corinthians 7:10, and draw her back to her husband and to the Lord. We pray for this husband to remain steadfast, loving his wife as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her, Ephesians 5:25, with a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith, 1 Timothy 1:5, forgiving as Christ forgave us, Colossians 3:13, while not compromising with sin.

We pray for the children and families who are affected, that the Lord would protect their hearts and keep them from confusion and deception, for the heart is deceitful above all things, Jeremiah 17:9, and we ask the Lord to deliver us all from the evil one, Matthew 6:13, and to keep us from temptation, Luke 11:4, and from evil men, 2 Thessalonians 3:2. We ask You to pour out Your Spirit as You promised, It will happen afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions, Joel 2:28, and to grant to each of us warning and comfort and guidance according to Your perfect will.

We thank You that You are able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him, seeing that He lives forever to make intercession for them, Hebrews 7:25, and that Christ Jesus is He who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us, Romans 8:34. We know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be restrained, Job 42:2, and that The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it, John 1:5, for nothing spoken by God is impossible, Luke 1:37, and The things which are impossible with men are possible with God, Luke 18:27.

So we pray together, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We ask that You open our understanding to Your Word, that You speak through faithful preaching, through divine appointments and godly counsel, and if it pleases You, through dreams and visions that confirm Your Word and Your will in Christ Jesus. Keep us humble as little children, keep us abiding in You, and let Your incomprehensible peace guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7, as we make our requests known to You with thanksgiving, Philippians 4:6. We ask believing that we will receive, Mark 11:24, for without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to Him, Hebrews 11:6, and we say Amen, for however many are the promises of God, in Him is the Yes, therefore also through Him is the Amen, to the glory of God through us, 2 Corinthians 1:20.

We hear how deeply you love your wife, your children and your family, and how sincerely you want to stay close to the Lord as you pray for them. Carrying concern for a wandering spouse while also wanting to care well for your children and loved ones is a heavy burden, and your childlike trust as you bring them all before God is beautiful.

That longing to hear God clearly in every way He chooses to speak is understandable. What we have seen help others who pray this way is to hold that openness with humility and with others. When you sense a prompting, a dream or a strong impression, bring it quietly to a couple of trusted, mature believers or pastors who know you and your family well, to pray over it and weigh it together. That steady fellowship helps keep love and truth at the center and protects you from feeling you must figure every sign out alone, especially when answers come more slowly than you hope.

We encourage you to keep abiding as you are, remaining in prayer and in the Word and staying connected with your prayer partners and church leaders. You do not carry this alone, and God sees your faithful intercession for your wife and family day by day.

Father, we lift this husband to You along with his wife, children and all those he has named. Draw each of them close to Jesus, guard them from evil and confusion, and give this husband wisdom, peace and strength for today. Lead this family in Your gracious way and let Your love be at work in their home. In Jesus' name, amen.

We join with you in this prayer that you may abide in Christ and His words abide in you, and abide in His love, for there is no true guidance apart from Him. It is well that you take the Word as a lamp to your feet and a light to your path, and desire to speak according to the Law and the Testimony, for whatever is not according to that Word is without light.

Your burden for this husband, for his wayward wife, for children and family and for those who labor in prayer and ministry beside them, is a right and tender burden. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and what God has joined together reflects the greater mystery of Christ and His Church. He has made a household whereof He is the Husband and His Church the spouse. Unity is the essence of that bond. We are one with Christ who made Himself one with His people. When waywardness enters, it wounds that unity, yet the love of the Bridegroom is not fickle. He loves so that He would never let His own be away from Him if they were not so easily turned aside by little things.

We take comfort with you in this, that the Lord Jesus ever lives to make intercession. What a Divine comfort is this to any who are passing through deep waters. You only go where Jesus has gone before you with His intercession. He said to Peter, I have prayed for you that your faith fail not, and that prayer was made effectual in Peter's restoration. Peter was down but he was soon up again. One has said the story should rather be called Peter's restoration than Peter's fall. That Divine Grace which saves a soul is not a noisy thing, neither is it visible to any but the receiver, yet immutable love is that Divine hammer which breaks the rock in pieces. Though a man should have sinned himself into great hardness of heart, yet almighty love can soften him. Who can resist the charms of Divine Grace unchangeable. So we pray that the same look of Christ which broke Peter will recover this wife and restore this husband's joy, and that faith, which is the root of Divine Grace, may not fail.

You ask that the Holy Spirit would speak by every ordinary and extraordinary means, by warnings and dreams and visions. We remember that the prophet himself was not content with beholding visions but asked, what are these, and sought their meaning from the Lord. Divine interpositions do come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble, and we have known remarkable preservations not miraculous certainly but full of wonder for all that. Yet the sure way of guidance is that there are great principles infused in every man who takes God for his Guide, among the rest this, avoid everything that is evil, and bow with submission to the will of God. By that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. Wisdom when attended with love and tenderness invites us to run into her arms. Therefore we pray not for voices apart from the Word but for the Spirit to open the Word to you, as He opened the understanding of the disciples that they might understand the Scriptures, and to make that Word dwell richly in you.

There is no attribute more comforting to His children than Divine Sovereignty. Nothing shall be impossible with God, and the things impossible with men are possible with Him. His arm is not shortened that it cannot save. He is able to save forever those who come to God through Jesus. We trace His hand in everything, and we rest that no purpose of His can be thwarted and that light is stronger than darkness.

O Lord our God, who has shown in Christ what manner of love the Bridegroom has bestowed upon us, we ask You to keep this husband, his wife, their children, their families and all who minister among them. Preserve them from temptation and evil and from the evil one, from lies and deception and pride. Turn the wayward from wrongdoing and keep them from the pit, as You warned Abimelech and as You speak now one way now another. Grant repentance where there has been hardness, and restore what sin has broken. Let Your Word be the test of every thought and dream, and let Your Spirit work by humble means, by the Scriptures faithfully preached and by godly counsel, to bring conviction and comfort. We thank You that Jesus prays for His own, and we ask that faith fail not but be renewed, and that those who are restored may strengthen their brethren. Let Your incomprehensible peace guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and let all be done for Your glory and for the good of this household, that it may again reflect the love of Christ for His spouse. We ask this in the name of Jesus, in whom all Your promises are Yes and Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
