Hi Please pray for me, I'm struggling with anxiety and stress, and chest pain. It's been a real battle for me after I lost my dad. I question life, and have so much fear and worry. I don't sleep. I just need the Lord's hands on me, and give me peace of mind and in my heart to pass this worry and fear and heal my heart of the grief that brought me here. I'm trusting in the Lord.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ### who is struggling with anxiety, stress, and chest pain. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We ask that You place Your healing hands upon her, bringing peace to her mind and heart.

Father, ### is grieving the loss of her dad and is overwhelmed with fear and worry. Your Word tells us to cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us. We pray that You would comfort her in her grief and replace her fear with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace, and we ask that You fill ###'s heart with Your peace. Help her to trust in You fully and to find rest in Your promises. Heal her heart from the pain of loss and guide her through this difficult time.

We trust in Your unfailing love and believe that You will bring her through this battle. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss and struggles, friend. My heart goes out to you. I can understand how difficult and painful it must be for you. I just said a prayer for you, asking our Heavenly Father to surround you with His comfort, peace, and heal you whenever you hurt. “The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). I’d suggest that you talk to a grief counselor. You might want to check out the book: When You Lose Someone You Love by Richard Exley. Please take good care of yourself, friend.
