HELPPPP

We hear your cry and we join with you right now in bringing your eyesight and your fear before our Heavenly Father, for He sees you and He cares deeply for you.

We understand how frightening it is when your sight is threatened, but we want to encourage you to cast your fear on Him. The Lord says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. And we are reminded that For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. When fear rises up we can choose to trust Him, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. He promises that when we bring our requests to Him, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We also take comfort that our God is the healer. Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down. Psalm 146:8. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. And He says, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We trust Him for your eyes, and we also encourage you to continue to seek proper medical care, for God often works through the hands of physicians and we pray for wisdom for those caring for you.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9.

We pray together for you now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is so scared about their eyesight. Lord, You know the fear and anxiety in their heart and You see the need in their eyes. We ask You in Jesus name to touch their eyes, to restore and preserve their sight according to Your perfect will. Lay Your healing hand upon them, calm their trembling heart, and drive out all fear with Your perfect love and peace. Give them comfort in the night and strength for each day, guide the doctors and all who provide care, and let Your presence be felt so clearly that they know they are not alone. We ask that they would draw near to Jesus and know the assurance of salvation and access to Your throne through His name alone. We pray for complete trust in You and for Your will to be done in their life. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We will continue to remember you in prayer. Keep seeking the Lord, keep bringing your petitions to Him with thanksgiving, and trust that He holds you in His righteous right hand.

We hear how frightened you are right now, and we want you to know we are praying for you. When your eyesight feels at risk it makes sense that fear would rise quickly, it is such a precious and vulnerable part of daily life.

We are holding you before the Lord and asking Him to steady your heart while you wait for answers, to give you His nearness and peace that quiets fear, and to guide everyone who will care for you. You do not have to carry this alone.

Alongside prayer, we gently encourage you to reach out soon to an eye doctor or medical provider if you have not already, and to let a trusted family member or friend know what you are going through so they can be with you. It can help to write down what you have noticed and any questions you want to ask, so you feel more prepared at the appointment. If anything changes or worsens, please seek care promptly.

We will keep remembering you in the days ahead and we are glad you reached out.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see their fear and You love them deeply. Please calm their heart, give clear wisdom to those providing care, and lead them to the right help. Hold them in Your peace and guide each next step. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your trembling and earnest cry has been heard and we will indeed remember you in prayer before the throne of grace, and we pray that the Lord will look upon you in tender mercy in this hour of fear concerning your eyesight.

Fear not, for that word grows very plentifully in God's garden. Our Lord Himself whispers to His poor servants when they fall down as dead at His feet, Fear not. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God, and the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore we charge you as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ to let your faith overcome your fear, casting all your care upon Him for He cares for you. Do not keep your anxiety confined to yourself, but tell it to Jesus.

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace may be enjoyed even in the midnight of this world of care. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. Though sorrows surge round you and duties press and fears shadow you, to do the will of Jesus and to stay your mind upon Him is rest. Bear your sorrow with Him and you shall enjoy peace, yes perfect peace.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and with His stripes we are healed. He heals the broken in heart and He very speedily cares for our infirmities. When Jesus healed the sick He said, Son be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. Look to Him therefore not only for the sight of the eyes but for the peace of the soul which comes through being justified by faith.

Let us pray for you. O Lord our God, look in compassion upon this trembling one who is sore afraid for eyesight. Lay Your healing hand upon these eyes according to Your perfect will, and grant skill to those who may give care. Speak peace to this troubled heart and keep the mind stayed upon You. Forgive sin, grant perfect peace within through the blood of Jesus, and let this dear one feel that You are near and that You help. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior we ask it. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you. Keep your eyes upon Christ, trust Him fully, and seek such help as His providence provides, while your heart rests in His keeping.
