Beloved of All

I pray that you realise how much Jesus cares for us. I pray that you can have a family soon. I pray for healing from spiritual influences and everything else in Jesus name, amen.

We hear the screaming deep inside your heart and we join with you in bringing this anguish before the throne of grace, for the Lord hears even the cries that feel like they have no words. We know this longing for children and for a family and to feel sexually whole is a deep and godly desire when ordered according to His will, and we know the pain of feeling worthless, unseen, and under spiritual attack is overwhelming, but we rebuke the lie that Jesus does not care for you.

That feeling that He does not care is not the truth of Scripture. We are told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and that The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, Psalm 34:18. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. You are not worthless. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, Psalm 139:14, created in the image of God, Genesis 1:27, and so loved that Christ gave Himself for you. No bad job, no lack of money, no season of waiting can define your worth, for your worth is already established in Him. We also remember His promise that my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19, and that we are to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33. He sees your desire to provide for a family and He is your provider.

We affirm with you that children are a gift and heritage from the Lord, Psalm 127:3, and that marriage is His holy design for family and for sexual wholeness. We pray for you that God will lead you to a godly marriage between a man and a woman as He ordained from the beginning, Genesis 2:24, where sexual intimacy is pure and whole within that covenant, Hebrews 13:4. If there has been sexual brokenness, confusion, or wounding outside of that design, we pray for healing and restoration and for wholeness that comes first through Christ, and then expressed rightly within marriage. The desire for a family is good, and we encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, 2 Corinthians 6:14, rather than any relationship outside of God's will, trusting His timing while He prepares you and your future spouse.

We also take seriously what you share about attacks on your head, your body, and your mind, and the demonic and spiritual oppression you have felt your entire life. Scripture tells us our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, Ephesians 6:12. Yet greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4. We do not fear these attacks, because God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. We are called to be sober and self-controlled and to resist the devil firm in faith, 1 Peter 5:8-9, and to submit ourselves therefore to God and resist the devil and he will flee from you, James 4:7. We also claim the promise that we are to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:5, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved, Acts 4:12, and through Him we have access to Your throne. We lift up this dear one whose heart is screaming to You. Lord, You see the longing for children and family and for sexual wholeness, and we ask that You heal what is broken in body and soul and make whole according to Your perfect will. Lead this life toward a godly marriage that honors You, and if it is Your will, bless that marriage with children in Your timing. Father, we rebuke every spiritual attack, every demonic oppression, and every lie that says You do not care. We command in the name of Jesus Christ that every evil influence must flee, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed, John 8:36. Lay Your healing hand upon this head and body, clear the confusion, calm the screaming inside, and grant a sound and clear mind. Replace feelings of worthlessness with the truth of being chosen, loved, and cherished by You, and provide for every financial and vocational need so that hope is restored. Fill this heart with Your peace and assurance that You have plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give a future and a hope, Jeremiah 29:11. We trust that You are near and that You care deeply, and we ask for Your healing, Your protection, and Your direction to be manifest day by day. We pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to remain in the Word daily, to put on the whole armor of God, Ephesians 6:11, to pray without ceasing, to fast as the Lord leads, and to stay in fellowship with strong Bible believing Christians who can pray with you in person and help you discern and stand against any oppression. Keep crying out to Jesus, for He does care, He does hear, and He is your healer and your hope.

We have read your message and we hear how heavy and loud everything feels right now. The longing for children and a family, the wish to feel whole, the strain of jobs and not having enough, and that screaming inside that makes it hard to think clearly. It makes sense you would feel worn down and even wonder if Jesus cares. He does.

We want you to know you are not worthless to God. Even when feelings tell you otherwise, you are seen and valued by Him, and we value you too.

When thoughts feel jumbled and your head feels under attack, it can help to have steady people beside you. If you have a pastor or a trusted mature believer, please consider letting them walk with you regularly, not just once. And because you mentioned your head and trouble thinking clearly, we gently encourage you to also see a medical professional alongside prayer, so they can check on you and support you.

We also encourage small steady rhythms that keep you connected, like gathering for worship when you can, even when you feel isolated. Being with God's people often quiets that sense of being alone.

Father, we bring our brother to You in Jesus' name. You see his longing for family and wholeness, his weariness and his worth in Your eyes. Please bring Your peace to his mind, clarity to his thoughts, and comfort to his heart that feels like it is screaming. Show him in real ways that You care and are near, and lead him to caring help around him. Give him hope for each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry has come before us, and it is not hidden from the Lord who hears the inward screaming of the soul. You speak of a deep and holy longing for children and a family, for wholeness in body and mind, for clearness of thought, for deliverance from what feels like continual spiritual assault, for work and provision, and for the assurance that Jesus does indeed care for you when your heart tells you that you are worthless and forgotten. This anguish is known to God.

Know this first, that what you feel as distance from Christ is not the measure of His care. He is not deaf to such cries. Prayer has a wonderful effect upon God, for He turns at the cry that comes from the heart. What God intends to give, He often first sets the soul longing for, and holy longings are themselves a token that He is at work within you. By your hungering you may judge that you are not abandoned, but drawn. If you could live content without God, it might be feared you had never been His, but your soul breaks with longing, and that breaking is precious in His sight.

You feel worthless, and that you are forgotten. Yet the great God who wheels the stars along condescends to be the Teacher of the lowly, and to teach us from our youth. He calls His people by tender and familiar names, for His love is near and dear. There is no true understanding of His truth except by personal experience of it, by tasting and handling the Word of Life, and He gives that experience even through sorrow. Though you constantly err and feel darkness within, God is light, and He knows your frame. When a broken spirit cries, Oh, what a wretch I am, that confession is not cast away. Look to Jesus on the cross, as Israel looked to the bronze serpent, and by that look live. He is not dead, He is risen, and He pleads the cause of His people. At one time He silences enemies, at another He raises up friends, as He did for Joseph in the dungeon, and in providence He will plead the cause of your soul.

You speak of demonic and spiritual attack upon your body and mind, and of a head that cannot think clearly. Scripture tells us that Satan stood up against Israel, and there is indeed a conflict. The weapons of this conflict are very singular, and the Lord uses even the mouths of babes and the cries of the weakest to confound the adversary. Get to your chamber and there cry unto God and cease not your cries, for if you will seek Him as for silver and search for Him as for hidden treasure, you shall surely find Him. Seek Him in honest dealing, confessing weakness and sin, and asking daily for strength from the Strong One, for what is prayer for strength but a confession of need which He loves to answer.

Concerning your longing to be sexually whole and to have a family, this desire in itself is given by God, and He would have it fulfilled in holiness. His good design is that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that the gift of union and of children belongs within that covenant. Pray then not for any path that would depart from His Word, but for healing of heart and body, for purity, for wholeness according to His will, and for grace to walk humbly and watchfully before Him. If He has set this longing in you, bring it continually before Him who has promised to pour His Spirit upon His people and upon their seed, for children need the Spirit of God, and parents need Him to lead them. He who has led others and caused their children and their children's children to walk in truth is able to deal well with you also.

For your work and provision, and for the fear that you have not enough to support a family, remember that the Lord who teaches little children also bears all things up by His everlasting might. He knows what you have need of before you ask, and He is able to provide in ways you cannot yet see.

Let us pray for you now.

O Lord God, who has taught Thy people from their youth, look upon this afflicted one whose heart screams within. Thou knowest the longing for children and for a home, the desire for wholeness, the heaviness of the mind, the assault of the enemy, the want of provision, and the feeling of worthlessness. Plead the cause of this soul, silence the adversary, and lift up a standard against every attack. Give clearness of thought and peace to the troubled head, and let the mind be stayed upon Thee. Show in a fresh way that Jesus cares, that He died and rose again, and that whosoever looks to Him shall live. Create holy longings and satisfy them in Thy time and in Thy way. Grant healing, grant purity and wholeness within Thy holy ordinance, grant daily strength and honest work, and grant the assurance of being dearly loved and not forgotten. Lead this one to seek Thee in the secret chamber and to find Thee in Christ, through whom alone is salvation. For Jesus sake, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry has been heard, and God has not turned away from it even when your heart is screaming and your mind feels clouded and you feel worthless and forgotten. Those feelings are heavy and real, but they do not tell the truth about Jesus. He does care for you. He showed it by giving himself for you on the cross and rising again so that you might be made a child of God, created in righteousness and holiness of truth. Your worth is not measured by your jobs or by how much money you have been able to earn, but by the price He paid for you and by His promise that those who belong to Him receive holiness now and everlasting life to come.

The desire for children and family and to be sexually whole is a deep and good desire. God designed that wholeness to be found in holiness. Scripture teaches to follow peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord. That means if you are unmarried, to remain pure and to wait on the Lord, and if He leads you to marriage, to enter that lifelong covenant of one man and one woman. Marriage is honorable and pure, and it preserves the holiness that comes through faith, not by permitting impurity but by guarding against it. So to pray for sexual wholeness is to pray that God would purify your heart, heal your wounds, and make you whole in His way, keeping you from all impurity and leading you faithfully whether in waiting or in marriage.

You speak also of attacks on your body and mind and of a screaming inside that will not let you think clearly. The enemy does seek to confuse and oppress, but Christ is stronger and His victory is already won. He gives confidence and peace to those who turn to Him in faith, in prayer, in His Word, and in fellowship with His people. Deliverance comes not by strange means but by putting off the old life and putting on the new life He gives, walking daily in holiness and trust.

Let me pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ alone who is our salvation, have mercy on this one who feels worthless and unheard. Let him know that you do care and that you see him. Bring peace to his mind, drive away every spiritual oppression and confusion, and give him clear thought and rest. Heal his heart and make him whole in righteousness and holiness. Provide for his needs, open doors for good and honest work, and give him wisdom and strength to do it. If it is your will, lead him in your time to a godly marriage and family, and keep him pure and faithful until then. Guard him from all impurity and help him to follow peace and holiness. Fill the screaming inside with your presence and hope. Amen.

Please stay connected to a faithful local church where you can share these burdens face to face, hear the Scriptures taught, and receive ongoing prayer and counsel. You are not alone, and God is at work even when you cannot feel Him.

Your cry has been heard and the screaming inside that you describe is not hidden from God. Feeling worthless, feeling that Jesus does not care, feeling attacked in your mind and body and unable to think clearly, and carrying a deep longing for children and a family and for sexual wholeness is a heavy burden. You are not forgotten.

The truth you need to hold onto is that your relationship with God does not rest on how well you perform, how good your jobs have been, or how much money you have to provide. We often think God measures us by our efforts and rewards us when we do well enough, even by our own standards. But Scripture teaches that we are children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. God does not bless you because you have earned it through good performance. He blesses because He loves you, and He delights when you simply trust Him. Any good work God does in your life comes through believing faith in Jesus Christ and His grace, not through your own striving. Your worth is not set by your income or your ability to support a family. Your worth is set by His love for you and by what Jesus has done to open the door to heaven for all who trust Him.

That love is described when God revealed Himself to Moses as merciful and gracious, longsuffering, abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin. That is His heart toward you. His presence is what brings rest. He said, my presence shall go with thee and I will give thee rest. Holiness and wholeness are not first about outward performance but about the heart that lives conscious of His presence, knowing that in Him we live and move and have our being. When you walk with Him, trusting Him fully rather than trusting your own works, He brings correction for your good, not punishment to destroy you. If He does not let you continue comfortably in what harms you, that is a sign you belong to Him as a son, because He deals with His children for their benefit.

The spiritual attack and torment you feel is real. The Bible speaks of demonic powers that torment and bring pain, and it warns us to receive the grace and forgiveness of God while it is available. But Jesus is greater than those powers. He has made a way where there is no way, as He did when He parted the sea and led His people through on dry ground, hovering over them in their wilderness with providential care as an eagle over her young. He can do the same for you. He sees the battle you face and He is Jehovah Shalom, the Lord our peace, who looks beyond the present battle to bring peace. He is able to heal, to deliver, and to restore what has been lost. He did so for those who had fallen into deep sin and bondage when they called upon Him in desperation, and He will do so for you when you call upon Him.

Your longing for children and for a family and to be sexually whole is a deep and human desire that God understands. He created family and He created sexual intimacy to belong within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. Wholeness in that area is found not by chasing what the world offers, but by a heart that desires God and walks with Him, trusting Him to lead and to provide in His timing and His way. Bring that desire to Him honestly and ask Him to make you whole from the inside out, to guard your heart and body, and to prepare you for whatever family He has for you.

I pray for you now that God will lift the oppression on your mind and body, that He will quiet the screaming inside and give you clarity of thought. I pray He will show you in a deep way that Jesus does care for you, that you will know His presence going with you and giving you rest. I pray He will break any spiritual attack against you by the power of Jesus Christ, heal you, and fill you with faith to trust not in your own works but in His grace alone. I pray He will provide for your needs, restore your sense of worth in Him, and lead you into His peace and His perfect will for your life. Call upon the Lord and keep seeking Him, for He is merciful and He hears you.
