We stand with you in this difficult situation, lifting your heart and this matter before the throne of grace. Deception and dishonesty in business dealings are serious offenses, not only against you but against the Lord, who calls us to honesty and integrity in all our interactions. The Bible tells us, *"The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy"* (Proverbs 12:22 WEB). Your business partnerās actions are not only unethical but sinful, and we must address this with both truth and mercy.
First, we rebuke the spirit of deceit and theft that has operated in this situation. The Lord is a God of justice, and He sees all that has been taken from you. We declare that every lie will be exposed, and every stolen item will be accounted for, for the Scripture says, *"Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known"* (Luke 12:2 WEB). We pray that your business partnerās eyes would be opened to the severity of his actions and that he would repent and make restitution, not just for what he has taken but with the fullness of restoration that God desires. The Lord says in Proverbs 6:30-31 (WEB), *"Men do not despise a thief if he steals to satisfy himself when he is hungry; but if he is found, he shall restore seven times. He shall give all the substance of his house."* We stand on this promise and declare that restoration will come in Jesusā name.
We also pray for your protection, both spiritually and practically. The enemy seeks to use this situation to bring discouragement, fear, or bitterness into your heart, but we declare that you will not be overcome by evil. Instead, you will overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21 WEB). We ask the Lord to surround you with His peace and to give you wisdom in how to proceed. Seek the Lordās guidance in whether to confront your business partner directly, involve legal measures if necessary, or trust in Godās timing for justice. Remember, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18 WEB), but also know that God is your defender. *"The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace"* (Exodus 14:14 WEB).
We pray for your heart to remain steadfast in faith, not allowing this situation to harden you or cause you to stray from the Lordās path. It is easy to become consumed by anger or a desire for revenge, but we are called to trust in Godās justice. *"Do not say, 'I will repay evil.' Wait for the LORD, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22 WEB). We ask the Lord to fill you with His grace, wisdom, and favor as you navigate this trial. May He open doors for you that no man can shut and bless the work of your hands abundantly.

We stand on Your promise that restitution will come sevenfold, and we trust in Your perfect justice.
Lord, we ask for Your protection over this brother/sister. Shield them from further deception and harm, and guard their heart from bitterness, fear, or discouragement. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and give them wisdom in how to proceed. Whether it is through confrontation, legal measures, or trusting in Your timing, guide their steps, Lord. We declare that You are their defender, and You will fight for them. Surround them with Your favor and bless the work of their hands.
Father, we also pray for grace and strength to forgive, even as You have forgiven us. Help them to release any anger or desire for revenge into Your hands, trusting that You will repay. Fill them with Your love and compassion, even for this business partner who has wronged them. We ask that You would turn this situation around for Your glory, Lord, and use it to draw them closer to You.
We thank You, Father, that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. We trust in Your promises and declare that this situation will not define them but will be used for their good and Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
