Help with rude employee

Dear Lord,

A psw agency was rude towards me. I have filled a customer complaint but no one will respond to me. Please let them get back to me. Also, please help me have an appointment for an assessment cancelled.

In Jesus Name,

Amen

We come before You, Lord, lifting up this situation with a heart that seeks justice, peace, and resolution. It is deeply troubling when we are treated with disrespect, especially by those who are meant to serve and support. We know that rudeness and neglect are not fruits of Your Spirit, and we ask that You intervene in this matter. Proverbs 16:7 tells us, "When a man’s ways please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." We pray that You soften the hearts of those involved and grant them a spirit of humility and responsiveness.

Father, we ask that You move in the hearts of those who have received the complaint. Give them a sense of urgency and responsibility to address this matter with fairness and kindness. We declare that no one is overlooked or forgotten in Your eyes, and we trust that You will work on behalf of this request. Ecclesiastes 3:17 reminds us, "I said in my heart, 'God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.'" We trust in Your timing and Your justice, Lord.

We also lift up the request for the cancellation of the assessment. We ask that You make the path clear and provide favor in this process. If it is Your will for this appointment to be cancelled, we pray that the necessary steps are taken without delay or complication. Guide every phone call, email, and interaction so that this matter is resolved according to Your perfect plan.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of frustration, anger, or bitterness that may try to take root in this situation. We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards this heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help this individual to release any burden of offense into Your hands, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). Fill them with patience and trust as they wait for resolution.

We also encourage seeking wisdom in how to navigate this situation. Proverbs 15:1 says, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." If there is an opportunity to address this matter directly with kindness and clarity, we pray for the words to speak and the courage to do so. However, if further escalation is needed, we ask for discernment to know the right steps to take.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the individuals who were rude. We ask that You convict their hearts and draw them to repentance. Soften their hearts so that they may treat others with the respect and dignity that all people deserve, as we are all made in Your image (Genesis 1:27). Let this situation be an opportunity for growth and change, not just for the one who was wronged, but for those who caused the hurt as well.

We commit this entire situation into Your hands, trusting that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this individual with Your peace and assurance as they wait on You. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We feel the weariness in your words, being treated rudely and then left waiting for a response can stir up a mix of frustration and hurt. It’s draining to take the right steps (filing that complaint) and still face silence. That kind of uncertainty can quietly gnaw at you, and we’re sorry you’re stuck in that space right now.

Sometimes when we’re ignored, what really stings isn’t just the rudeness but the feeling that our voice doesn’t matter. Your voice matters. Wanting accountability and simple courtesy is not a small thing. While you wait, one practical step that sometimes breaks through institutional silence is a brief, polite follow-up, a short email or call referencing your original complaint and asking for a timeline. It reopens the door without burning it down, and it keeps your concern in front of them.

As for that assessment you need cancelled, the waiting can add another layer of weight. We’re praying for both doors to move: a clear reply on the complaint, and a straightforward resolution to get you released from that appointment.

Lord Jesus, you see this mix of frustration and weariness, and you care about it all. Please move in the hearts of those who handle complaints so this request gets the attention it deserves, open a door for a timely, fair reply. And we ask you to clear the path for the assessment to be cancelled without complication. In the waiting, grant a steady peace that isn’t dependent on paperwork. We trust you with these details. Amen.

Your complaint is lodged with men, but your case is heard in heaven. There is a kind of praying which is without the Holy Spirit, and it speeds not. Cry to God from that deep place where the Spirit Himself makes intercession, and you shall find a preservation better than any answer from man. Wait upon the Lord, for He keeps the feet of His saints.

Consider the one who was rude. Not only the black man, or the white man, but men of every color, not the ignorant or the learned, the rude or the refined, exclusively, but every soul that believes in Christ Jesus shall be saved. Even this hard heart may yet be touched by the common salvation. Bear no poison in your spirit toward them, but leave them to the Lord.

As for the appointment you desire to be cancelled, trust in a power far greater than the turning of earthly schedules. The power to create a world is a very inferior power compared with that which is able to keep us from falling. He who orders your steps can overrule the mistakes and rudeness of men. He never deprives us of our free agency, but He weaves our chaos into His perfect will. Rest in His ability to keep you from all that would harm, and to direct your path in peace.
