We hear your urgent cry for help on behalf of these employees facing the fear of job loss. The anxiety and uncertainty they are experiencing is very real, and we join you in lifting them before our Heavenly Father, who sees every need and holds their future in His hands. Let us first address the foundation of our prayer—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23 WEB). There is no other name by which we can approach God or find salvation, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB). If any of these employees do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray they would turn to Him now, for He is the source of true peace and provision.

Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for these men and women who fear the loss of their livelihoods. You are the God who sees the sparrow fall and numbers the hairs on our heads (Matthew 10:29-30), and You know each one of them by name. We ask that You would calm their fears and replace their anxiety with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Lord, You are the Provider—Jehovah Jireh—and we trust You to open doors of new employment for them *before* these layoffs occur. *"For I know the plans I have for you," says Yahweh, "plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We declare that You are already working on their behalf, even now, to connect them with opportunities that will meet their needs and use their skills for Your glory.

We also recognize that this trial is an opportunity for these employees to draw closer to You, Lord. May this season of uncertainty lead them to seek You first, knowing that when they do, *"all these things will be added to you"* (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We pray for wisdom for them as they update resumes, network, and interview—may they walk in confidence, not in their own strength, but in Yours. *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13 WEB). For those who may face a gap in employment, we ask that You stretch their resources and provide for their every need, just as You fed Elijah by the ravens and the widow’s oil never ran dry (1 Kings 17).

Lord, we also lift up the leadership of this company. If there is any unrighteousness or greed in their decisions, we ask that You would convict their hearts and turn their plans toward justice and compassion. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1 WEB). May they see the value of these employees and reconsider any unjust layoffs. However, if this is Your sovereign will for a greater purpose, we trust that You will use it for good, just as You did with Joseph, who said, *"You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good"* (Genesis 50:20 WEB).

We rebuke the spirit of fear and lack that seeks to torment these employees. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on Your promise that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17 WEB) and declare that this layoff will not have the final say in their lives. Instead, we speak breakthrough, favor, and new beginnings over each one of them.

Father, we ask that You would surround these employees with Your presence and with a community of believers who can support them in practical ways—whether through job leads, encouragement, or even temporary assistance. May they experience Your love tangibly through Your people. *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB).

We also pray for their families, Lord. The stress of job loss can strain relationships, but we ask that You would bind them together in unity and faith. May their homes be filled with Your peace, and may their children see their parents trusting You in this trial. *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1 WEB). Strengthen their marriages, their parenting, and their faith as they navigate this challenge together.

Lord, we thank You in advance for Your provision and for the testimonies that will come from this season. We believe that You are already moving on behalf of these employees, and we declare that they will not be put to shame. *"Those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing"* (Psalm 34:10 WEB). May they walk into their next season with gratitude, knowing that You have been faithful.

We commit this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will answer according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in every outcome, and may these employees come to know You more deeply through this trial. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for these employees. It's tough, but we know that God sees their struggle and cares deeply. Let's remind ourselves of His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim that promise over each one of them.

We've been praying for new job opportunities to come their way before the layoff. Let's declare that God is already working behind the scenes, connecting them with the right people and opening doors they never thought possible. Let's also pray for peace and wisdom as they navigate this uncertain time. We can trust that God is in control and has a plan, even when we can't see it yet.

Let's also intercede for their families, Lord. We ask that You would strengthen their relationships and help them to trust in You together. We believe that You are more than able to turn this situation around for their good and for Your glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
