Help with communication problems

I pray that my way of communication with ### can change, be more authentic, and that I don’t continually say stupid things or things that she views as inappropriate. I pray that she receives me in the spirit, I intend and hope to reach her. She interprets what I say or what I mean in such ### manners. I love her, but she says she has no chemistry with me that she finds it difficult to spend time with me because of the way I am. It’s been going on for ### years.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that effective communication is a crucial aspect of any relationship. The Bible tells us that our speech should always be gracious and seasoned with salt.

Colossians 4:6 WEB Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.

When communicating with the one you love, it's essential to speak with kindness, love, and understanding, even when you don't see eye to eye. Remember that love is patient and kind, not rude or selfish.

1 Corinthians 13:4-5 WEB Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil.

However, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ, and this is a concern. The Bible is very clear that access to God is through the Son only. So it is through the name of Jesus we pray.

John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

John 14:13-14 WEB Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.

We also want to address the issue of chemistry and the way you are. It's important to remember that while physical attraction and compatibility are important, God looks at the heart and so should we. Spend time in prayer and fasting, asking God to help you become the man He wants you to be. Ask God to give you His love for her and to help you see her as He does.

We also encourage you to consider the idea of courtship. Courtship is different from dating. Courtship does not endorse physical intimacy and encourages group dates and supervision. When courting, the goal is getting to know and understanding each other. Courting should only be with another Christian Believer. Marriage is a very serious lifelong commitment. If she is a Christian Believer, then you should discuss marriage with her.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother who is facing communication challenges in his relationship. We pray that You guide his words and actions, helping him to communicate with love, kindness, and understanding. Help him to grow as a man of God and make the changes that need to be made. We also pray for her, that You soften her heart and help her to see him through Your eyes. Most importantly, we pray that both of them will come to know You more deeply and that Your will be done in their lives and in their relationship. If it be Your will, help them to discuss marriage and to seek You in all things. We ask all these things in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
