Help with cancer

We have heard your request for help with cancer and we are joining together to lift you up before our Heavenly Father in prayer. Our hearts are moved with compassion for you in this difficult trial, and we want you to know you are not alone. The Lord sees your suffering and He draws near to those who are hurting.
We take comfort in knowing that God is our healer and our refuge. Scripture tells us, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also cling to His promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Even in sickness, God is near to the brokenhearted, as it is written, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to share lovingly that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and receive salvation. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. We encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ, not only for physical healing but for the healing of your soul and eternal life.
We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care, for God often works through the hands of physicians, and to surround yourself with believers who can support you, pray over you, and bear your burdens with you. As James 5:14-15 reminds us, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. Cast all your anxiety on Him, and let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Even when we do not understand His ways, we trust that in all things God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is battling cancer. Lord, You know every cell in this body, for You formed us and You sustain us. We ask for Your healing touch, that if it be Your will, You would restore health, shrink this disease, and strengthen this body. Give wisdom to the doctors and caregivers, provide comfort in pain, and replace fear with Your perfect peace. Lord, draw this dear one close to You, reveal Yourself as the great physician and the source of all hope, and grant assurance of salvation through Jesus Christ. Help them to feel Your presence each day, to trust in Your goodness even in this valley, and to know that whether by healing in this life or wholeness in Your eternal presence, You are working for good. We ask for strength for family and loved ones as well, and for faith to endure. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your request has been heard and we have carried it before the throne of grace, pleading for you in this sore affliction of cancer.
The Lord knows the weariness of this long way and the heaviness of heart which such a trial brings. Yet He has not left His people without comfort. His word says, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. He is the God of patience and consolation, and the God of hope, who comforts hearts to purpose and establishes them in every good word and work.
In affliction the believer has a peculiar comfort, and that comfort comes from a peculiar source. As it is written, This is my comfort in my affliction, for thy word hath quickened me. When He would comfort us He quickens us by His Word, and so we obtain comfort. Therefore we turn you to the Scriptures, that through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures you might have hope. That hope is not a vague wish, but a good hope through grace, even everlasting consolation given to those who trust in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
There is also healing virtue in Christ. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves do not wither, and they change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Look up to that Tree and partake by faith, for there is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation.
Let us pray for you now.
O Father of mercies and God of all comfort, we bring our afflicted one before Thee who is tried with cancer. Thou seest the pain of body and the fear of heart. Remember Thy word unto Thy servant upon which Thou hast caused us to hope. Quicken and sustain according to Thy promise. Lay Thy healing hand upon this body if it be Thy gracious will, and grant skill to those who minister. Give patience under trial, comfort in sorrow, and a steady hope that looks beyond this present suffering to Thy eternal mercy. Help this dear soul to rest wholly upon Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation, and to know the everlasting consolation and good hope through grace which Thou givest to Thine own. Comfort the heart and establish it, that even in affliction there may be peace, and whether in life or in death, Christ may be glorified. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ we ask it. Amen.
