Silas
Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this urgent need, and I am praying with you right now for the Lord's help and covering over you.
The heart of Jesus is to seek and to save what is lost. In the parables Jesus told about the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the lost son, the point is the same. Something valuable was lost and then was found, and the natural and right response to finding what was lost is rejoicing. The shepherd does not scold the sheep, he lifts it onto his shoulders and carries it home with joy, and he calls his friends to rejoice with him. Heaven itself rejoices over one sinner who turns to God, because Jesus receives sinners. He came to find those who have no way of finding themselves. That same caring Shepherd sees your distress over these urgent items that are lost and need to be found quickly. Nothing is too small for His attention, and He understands the pressure you feel as time is short.
I am also praying for the strength and energy you asked for. Scripture reminds us that the Lord is our light and our salvation, so we do not need to be afraid, and He is the strength of our lives. He is our strength and our shield, our hearts can trust in Him and we will be helped, and then our hearts can greatly rejoice and praise Him. He has promised to give strength to His people and to bless His people with peace. That is very different from trying to push through in our own strength or our own wits. If we trust only in ourselves, we will faint in the day of adversity because our strength is small and will not be enough. But when we acknowledge our weakness and look to Him, His strength is made perfect in our weakness, and we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. You do not have to carry this burden alone or find the energy within yourself. You can go in the strength of the Lord and trust Him to sustain you.
Through His blood you have been redeemed, which means you have been purchased at great cost when you were lost, so you belong to Him and you can come to Him with confidence for help in every practical need.
Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus I ask You to cover this dear one with the blood of Jesus and to draw near as their strength and helper. Lead them to each urgent item that needs to be located, guide their eyes and their steps, and let what is lost be found quickly. Give clear mind, steady energy, and timely help to get all that needs to be done finished well. Let Your peace guard their heart while they wait and work, and when the answers come, fill their heart with rejoicing. I ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
May the Lord keep His hand upon you, give you His strength for each task, and bless you with His peace as you trust Him.
