We hear your cry and we are standing with you right now in prayer, for God hears even the shortest, most desperate prayer when it comes from a broken and sincere heart.
We want you to know that you are not alone and you are not unheard. God is your very present help in this moment. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. And Psalm 34:18 reminds us Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Whatever has brought you to this place of crying out HELP ME, the Lord sees you, He knows your pain, and He is near to you now. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We noticed you called out to God, and we want to lovingly share that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved and heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Romans 10:13 also promises For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. So we come to God the Father in the name of Jesus on your behalf, and we encourage you to call upon Jesus directly, for He is our mediator and our hope.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this precious one who is crying out for help to You. You know the burden, the fear, the heartache, and the need that words cannot fully express. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would draw near and make Your presence known. Pour out Your peace that surpasses understanding, Your comfort, Your strength, and Your help. Let this dear one feel Your arms upholding them right now. Forgive sins, heal the broken heart, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. Help them to call upon Jesus and to trust Him as Savior and Lord, believing that He died and rose again so they may have forgiveness and eternal life. Lead them to Your Word and to fellowship with believers who can support them. We ask that You turn this cry for help into a testimony of Your mercy and deliverance. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

God has not forgotten you. He is already at work as you have called upon Him.

Your cry has come up unto God, and He has heard your groaning. There are gradations in His pity toward those in distress, and Scripture marks them with care. First their cry came up unto God, sharp and shrill and intense, bursting through the gates of heaven. And then, a step further, God heard their groaning. It is the cry of a soul in bondage and misery, and the Lord does not turn His ear from it.
Do not think that the time has not yet come for you to approach the Savior. That is a great error. He would not have you delay for a single hour. If your soul thirsts and your flesh longs for Him, go straight away to Jesus, your Friend and Physician, and cry, O God, You are my God, early will I seek You. You need not pray first for ordinances or for frames and feelings, but for the Lord Himself. He is nigh to hear.
Does God care for ravens, and will He not care for you? He hearkens to the young ravens when they cry for food, though they scarcely know what they want. How much more pleasing to His ear is your cry, when you entreat for mercy through the blood of His dear Son. It is a nobler work for the Most High to bestow spiritual gifts than natural gifts, and the streams of Divine Grace flow from the upper springs. If you perish praying for mercy through the precious blood, you will be the first that ever perished so. Cry on. While the child can cry, it lives, and while you can besiege the Throne of Mercy, there is hope for you.
Come as a beggar, not as a creditor. Come to crave, not to demand. Use only this argument, Lord, hear me, for You are gracious and Jesus died. Come as a condemned criminal who seeks pardon, for it is not for God's glory to destroy a seeker. It is for His honor to receive such as humbly repose in the sacrifice of His dear Son. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin, and all your transgressions, however black their cast, may be blotted out at once with one stroke of the sacred pen, obliterated once and for all.
David knew that the best place for a true believer to find consolation was in God's Word, so he did not look in a thousand places, but his eyes were turned to God's Word. Though you do not immediately find the comfort you seek, continue to look even till your eyes seem to fail you. His eyes do not fail, nor His arm. Pour out your heart before Him at all times and trust in Him. Hope in God, for you shall yet praise Him for the help of His countenance.
He has said, I will not fail you, nor forsake you. That promise is a well which no thirst can drain dry. It was opened for Hagar in the wilderness, and it is not closed, and any other wanderer may drink at it. Though your lot is hard and your pathway painful, this trial may be God's way of fetching you out of bondage and making the house of bondage too hot for you, that you may come to a better and happier place.
Therefore be of good cheer. Believe what you hear in the gospel, for it is by believing that peace is obtained. Say with every one of the Lord's people, You are my God. Look to Christ alone for salvation, for there is no good thing out of Christ, and no other name by which you may be saved. May the Holy Spirit help you even now to say it from the heart.
I pray that you will cry day and night unto Him and not be impatient, that you will hear as well as cry, and that you will find Him to be your help, so that in the shadow of His wings you may yet rejoice. Amen.

Your simple cry, Help me, dear God, I need you, is itself a prayer that God hears. There is no wilderness so empty that He cannot provide for you there, and there is no need so great that His grace is not greater.
Scripture tells us to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may find mercy and grace to help in time of need. Now is the accepted time. Now, while He sits upon the throne of grace granting pardon, is the moment to draw near without doubt and without an evil conscience. Do not wait, but come to Him today just as you are, through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved and no other way to the Father.
You are not alone in this need. God has made us so that we need Him and we need one another. The eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you. It is good to ask for the prayer of others, and it is good to stay awake and watchful yourself. Prayer is not only for when we feel strong, but especially for when we feel weak. Even the strongest need it, and in asking you show humility which God loves.
Remember also that you have a Commander who stands by ready to help you. The struggle is real and it requires strong armor and a steadfast purpose, but He has already provided what you need and He does not leave you to fight alone. He created you not because He needed you, but because He loves you, and He is faithful to help those who call upon Him.
