Firstly we want to address your mention of a partner. We believe that relationships should be directed towards godly marriages, and any intimacy outside of marriage is considered fornication, which is sinful.
But because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7:2 WEB
Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the bed undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. Hebrews 13:4 WEB
We strongly advise that you and your children's father should work towards a godly marriage, seeking God's will together. If he is involved in any immoral activities, he needs to repent and turn away from them. If he is not willing to do so, then you should separate yourself from him. It is important to surround yourself with godly influences and flee from immorality.
Now concerning the things about which you wrote, it is good for a man not to touch a woman. But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7:1-2 WEB
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
