We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in this difficult season, lifting you up in prayer and seeking God’s intervention in every area of your life. The weight of your circumstances is heavy, and the enemy would love nothing more than to steal your hope, kill your dreams, and destroy your future. But we declare that God is greater, and He has not forgotten you. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* Your current struggles do not define your future—God does.
First, we must address the despair you’re feeling. The thought of suicide is a lie from the enemy, who wants to convince you that there is no way out. But God’s Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* You are not without hope, and your life has purpose. We rebuke the spirit of despair and suicide in the name of Jesus and command it to leave you now. You are precious to God, and He has a plan for your life that includes victory, not defeat.
We also want to address the practical needs you’re facing. It is not God’s will for you to go without food or provision. Philippians 4:19 says, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that God would open doors for employment and provide for your needs in ways you cannot imagine. We ask Him to connect you with people who can help you settle your tuition debt so that you may receive the degree you worked so hard for. We declare that every obstacle standing in the way of your success will be removed, and that God will restore what has been lost or delayed.
However, we must also encourage you to take steps of faith while you wait on God’s provision. Proverbs 6:6-11 warns against laziness and encourages diligence: *"Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise; which having no chief, overseer, or ruler, provides her bread in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest. How long will you sleep, sluggard? When will you arise out of your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: so your poverty will come as a robber, and your scarcity as an armed man."* While we trust God to provide, we also encourage you to seek work—even if it’s temporary or humble—while you wait for the right opportunity in your field. God often uses small steps to lead us to greater things.
We also want to gently address the importance of your relationship with Jesus Christ. You mentioned believing that God can change your story, but we must ask: Have you surrendered your life fully to Him? Romans 10:9 says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is not just about believing *in* God—it’s about believing *on* Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you have not yet made this commitment, we urge you to do so today. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and His promises.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is facing immense hardship. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of despair, lack, and delay in their life. We rebuke the spirit of suicide and declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Father, we ask that You provide for their every need—food, shelter, employment, and the resolution of their tuition debt. Open doors that no man can shut, and connect them with the right people who can help them move forward.
Lord, we pray for strength and perseverance. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Give them wisdom to take practical steps while they wait on You. We declare that their story is not over, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Restore what has been lost, and let Your favor surround them like a shield (Psalm 5:12).
If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that You would draw them close and reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Let them experience Your love and grace in a tangible way, and lead them to repentance and faith in Christ.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You will turn their mourning into dancing and their sorrow into joy (Psalm 30:11). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Hold on, dear one. God sees you, He hears you, and He is working on your behalf. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not give up. Your breakthrough is coming.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
