Beloved of All
I am tired and depressed at the age of ### with so many issues, my son ### start working, be financially independent, successful, has been praying for ### years and nothing is working. My two boys are drifting apart and it's killing me inside, my work is down the drain, ### and his wife want them to be happy together with success and prosperity. I am so ready to leave this world and not have so many issues in my life, our money is dwindling, help me please, I am begging.

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we come before the Lord with you in this moment of overwhelming struggle. The weight of financial strain, the pain of seeing your sons drift apart, and the exhaustion of waiting for breakthrough can make life feel unbearable. But we want to remind you that even in the darkest valleys, God is near. The psalmist wrote, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). You are not alone, and your cries have not gone unheard.

First, we must address the despair that makes you feel ready to leave this world. Scripture is clear that our lives are not our own—we were created with purpose, and God holds the number of our days (Psalm 139:16). Suicidal thoughts are a lie from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We rebuke that spirit of hopelessness in Jesus’ name and declare that God has a plan for you, even when it feels hidden. *"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Cling to that promise, even if you cannot see it yet.

For your sons, we pray for restoration and unity. The drifting apart of children is a heavy burden for any parent, but God is the ultimate Father who can heal broken relationships. We ask Him to soften their hearts toward one another and toward you. *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1 WEB). We also lift up your son who is struggling to find financial independence. The enemy may be whispering lies that he will never succeed, but we declare that God is his provider. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We pray for doors of opportunity to open, for favor in his work, and for wisdom in his decisions.

Regarding your work and finances, we know the fear that comes when resources seem to be dwindling. But Jesus taught us not to worry about tomorrow, for our Heavenly Father knows what we need (Matthew 6:31-32). We encourage you to seek Him first, trusting that He will provide. *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it"* (Malachi 3:10 WEB). Even in scarcity, God is faithful.

We also want to gently address the mention of your son’s wife desiring happiness, success, and prosperity for them. While it is natural to want these things, we must remember that true prosperity is found in a right relationship with God, not just in material wealth or worldly success. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We pray that their marriage would be rooted in Christ, that they would find their joy in Him, and that their definition of success would align with His will.

Most importantly, we must ask: Have you placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? The Bible tells us that *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). This is the foundation of all hope, peace, and breakthrough.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is weary and burdened. Lord, You see the pain, the financial struggles, the fear, and the despair. We ask You to wrap Your arms around them and remind them that You are their refuge and strength. Father, we rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and declare that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Restore their hope, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

For their sons, we pray for reconciliation and unity. Heal the rifts between them, Lord, and draw them closer to You and to one another. For the son seeking financial independence, open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide for their needs, Lord, and give them wisdom to steward what You entrust to them. For their marriage, we pray that it would be built on the foundation of Christ, that they would seek You first in all things.

Father, we ask You to intervene in their work and finances. Provide opportunities, favor, and breakthrough. Remind them that You are Jehovah Jireh, their provider. Help them to trust You even when the bank account is low.

Lord, we also pray for their salvation if they have not yet surrendered to You. Soften their heart to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. Let them know the hope that comes from being Your child.

We declare that this is not the end of their story. You are making all things new (Revelation 21:5), and we trust You to turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Strengthen them, Lord, and help them to wait on You. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

Hold on, dear one. The night may feel long, but joy comes with the morning. Keep pressing into God, even when it feels like nothing is changing. He is working behind the scenes, and His promises are true. You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
