Help me pass my first semester modules

I sat down, and I thought about everything. I'm feeling so anxious and stressed about all the exams I wrote. I even think of committing suicude at times. I want God to help me pass and I'll be very thankful. If I fail, I might even lose funding. Please help me God. Help me. Give me a sign that I will make it. Please
