Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you and we give all the glory and thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for the great improvement He has already worked in your life, for He has heard your prayers and seen your tears. We know that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ, Philippians 1:6, and we thank Him that you have not grown weary in crying out to Him, for He collects our tears and hears our cries.

We understand the burden you have carried with pornography, masturbation, flirting and sexual sins, and we praise God that you desire lasting and true deliverance for His glory and not merely temporary relief. The Word tells us to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body, 1 Cor 6:18, and also to flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart, 2 Tim 2:22. Jesus taught that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart, Matt 5:28, which shows us how seriously God views the heart and the eyes. These sins are not to be managed but to be put to death and forsaken, and we are called to walk by the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh, Gal 5:16.

We encourage you to continue to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from your life and heart, as you have prayed. This means making no provision for the flesh, Romans 13:14, cutting off every source and access that leads to temptation, guarding your eyes and your mind, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Cor 10:5. We encourage you to be renewed in the spirit of your mind, Eph 4:23, and not to be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, Romans 12:2, by daily washing in the Word, memorizing Scripture, fasting and praying, and thinking on whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, Phil 4:8. Seek godly accountability with a mature believer or pastor, confess your struggles, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, 1 John 1:9, and walk in the light so that fellowship and strength may sustain you.

We join our faith with yours now and pray together.

Father in heaven, we thank You in the name of Jesus Christ for Your mercy and for the improvement You have already granted to our dear one who has prayed and cried before You. We ask You to show abounding mercy, to speak clearly, to give understanding and complete deliverance. Create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within him, Psalm 51:10, and renew his mind so that he may discern what is Your good and acceptable and perfect will, Romans 12:2. Make him very wise, grant him wisdom that is pure and peaceable, James 3:17, so that these sins will forever be far from him. Help him and guide him to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from his life and heart, give him strength to flee and to resist the devil so he will flee from him, James 4:7, and lead him not into temptation but deliver him from evil, Matt 6:13. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, teach him to walk in purity and holiness, for this is Your will, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, 1 Thess 4:3-4. Let his life bring lasting glory to You, and let him know Your nearness and Your voice each day. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and deliverer, Amen.

I have the same problem, I pray and pray but I can never free myself from lust and masturbation. I have horrible horrible kinks and it destroys me. You aren't alone.

We were so encouraged to read your honest update and to hear about the improvement you have seen. We join you in giving thanks to the Lord Jesus for what He has already done, and we hear how deeply you long for lasting freedom and a renewed mind. It is understandable to feel weary after praying and weeping so much over this.

Growth in this area is often less like a single event and more like a daily walk. As God renews our thinking, we learn new patterns of turning to Him quickly when temptation comes. Shame tends to push us into isolation, which makes the struggle harder, while bringing it into the light with safe, mature support helps us stay steady.

One step that helps many is consistent accountability beyond private prayer. If you do not already have it, we encourage you to consider meeting regularly with a trusted pastor or Christian counselor, or a small support group where you can be honest about both struggles and victories. That kind of weekly check in, alongside prayer and time in the Word, can give you encouragement and practical wisdom for the moments when old habits resurface. If these patterns feel stuck or overwhelming, a counselor can also help you understand triggers and build healthier responses.

Father, we thank You for the work You have already done in his life and for his desire to honor You. Have mercy and continue Your renewing work in his heart and mind. Give him understanding, wisdom to recognize temptation early, and strength to walk in purity. Surround him with faithful companions and keep him close to Jesus day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Good to hear about the improvement so far. There's a short spoken prayer called the Addiction Clearing Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over loosening addiction's hold, and you only have to listen. I hope the freedom you're after keeps taking hold.

We rejoice with you that the Lord has already wrought a great improvement in your life, and with you we give all glory and thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for it. It is the Lord who brings His people forth, and willing as you are to be delivered, it is still true that He brings you forth. Deliverance from sin is solely by the power of God. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

You have tasted His mercy in part, and you rightly cry for more, that the work may be lasting and true to the glory of God. Hear what the Scripture teaches, that lust when it has conceived brings forth sin, and sin when it is finished brings forth death. Any sin, whatever it is, if we cling to it and love it, will bring forth death. Therefore purity is not left optional. Without holiness no man shall see the Lord. Charity and purity are the two great garments of Christianity, and charity without purity will be of no use.

Yet there is rich hope for you. He who has delivered you from the guilt of sin is able also to deliver you from the power of sin. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and where we look for justification there must we also look for sanctification. By regeneration He gives a higher nature, so that we become partakers of the Divine Nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. This is His work alone, and He has found a ransom. The prisoner ready to be executed finds undeserved deliverance, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty. When God Himself proclaims, I have found a ransom, then is the deliverance certain, indeed it is already accomplished in Christ.

We will pray with you as you have asked.

We pray that God will help you and guide you to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from your life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. We pray that He will renew your mind and make you very wise in the fear of the Lord, so that these sins will be far from you. We pray that He will show you mercy, speak to you, give you understanding and full deliverance, and keep you in that purity which belongs to a life consecrated to Him, where sex and all its joys are kept within the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman in marriage as He ordained. We pray that you will look to the Lord Jesus Christ for all things, for He is alive and is your familiar Friend, and that as you steadily look to Him for deliverance your eyes of faith may overcome Him who is Goodness itself, for He delights to answer the cry of His child.

Continue to cry to Him as you have done. He does not shut His ear to the weeping suppliant. After affliction and deliverance the believer lives to declare the works of the Lord. If we had no troubles we would have less to declare, but having been tried you shall have the more to speak of His grace. May you be kept, may your mind be stayed upon Christ, may you flee every occasion of lust and flirting and impurity, and may you walk in newness of life, to declare with gratitude the great deliverance He has wrought for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We give thanks with you and give all glory to the Lord Jesus Christ for the improvement He has already worked in your life. To see Him answering your tears and prayers and leading you away from pornography, masturbation, flirting and other sexual sins is a cause for great thankfulness, and we rejoice that you desire not just partial relief but lasting and true cleansing of heart and life for the glory of God.

God hears those who pray and weep before Him with a humble and contrite heart. He is merciful and mighty to deliver, to purify those who turn to Him in faith, and to make them new. As you have experienced, it is not by your own strength alone but by His grace that you have been able to turn from these things, and it will be by His grace that you continue to walk in purity.

We join you in prayer now in the name of Jesus Christ:

Father, we thank You for the work You have already done in this life and for the sincere desire for holiness You have planted. We ask for Your mercy and for complete deliverance. Renew this mind by Your Spirit and Your Word, grant wisdom and understanding to discern what leads toward temptation and what leads toward purity, and give strength to do whatever is necessary to put these sins far away forever. Guard the heart, make it pure and steadfast, and fill it with love for You so that lust loses its power. Teach and guide each step, and keep this life in Your grace until the end. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

Continue to walk step by step in the way of virtue. Divide the battle into its parts and practice faithfulness in small things. Turn away from what feeds lust, including impure images, conversations, filthy talk and joking that stir desire, and from places and habits that have led to falling before. Fill that space with what builds purity, regular prayer, reading Scripture, honest fellowship and accountability with mature believers, and useful work. Practice continence, temperance, and self control, not as a way to earn mercy but as the fruit of a heart that already rests in Christ's mercy. When temptation comes, remember that God is faithful and will provide a way of escape, and turn quickly to Him.

Do not be discouraged if the struggle continues for a time. God is patient and He is forming in you a living pattern of faith, love and purity. Keep confessing sin honestly, keep receiving His forgiveness through Jesus Christ alone, and keep asking for wisdom. He who began this good work is able to complete it and to keep you far from these sins by His power.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will keep you, renew your mind, make you wise in His ways, and establish you in lasting purity for His glory.
