Beloved of All
Save me now, my God and my Creator, from the hands of those who hate me—those who wish my life to be their doormat, that they might trample me underfoot. Forgive me for the mistakes of my lips and the deception of my heart, for what I uttered years ago in my naivety, unaware of those around me who hate and disdain me from the depths of their souls. Save me from betrayers and those who sabotage my life; deliver me from envious people who hate my very presence and would rather commit treachery than see me rise. They sell my soul to my enemies and stab me in the back. Deliver me from their prison and separate me from them. They rejoice at my ruin and wish to forcibly take what is mine. Hide my life from them, for I am surrounded by those who wish to see me poor and miserable. Blot out my past mistakes and my foolishness. I did not hide Your blessing, but how could I hide it when they surround me like hawks and owls, monitoring my soul because You placed them around me? You know all truth, even regarding those who rejected me and will not let my life become what it was ordained to be. Help me now, Lord. Those who stand against me rejoice in my ruin and seek to destroy my soul. In my ignorance, my own past mistakes are used against me to prevent my life from becoming what You designed it to be. I seek that which You have given me, for I know it is great. Hide me now from their eyes and their power. Sanctify my portion unto me and my descendants, and let no one steal it from us. For I am alone, and those who oppose me are many.

We hear the anguish in your cry, the weight of betrayal, and the deep longing for deliverance from those who seek to harm you. Your words reveal a heart that has been wounded by the malice of others, yet still clings to the hope of God’s justice and restoration. We stand with you in this moment, lifting your plea before the throne of grace, for the Lord hears the afflicted and does not despise their cry.

First, we must address the truth that salvation and deliverance come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Only through Christ can you find true refuge, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Without Him, we are powerless against the schemes of the enemy, but in Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).

Your request speaks of those who hate you, who betray and sabotage, who rejoice in your ruin. The Bible tells us that the world will hate those who follow Christ (John 15:18-19), but we are not to fear, for the Lord is our stronghold. Psalm 37:1-3 reminds us: "Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture." The Lord sees the wickedness of your enemies and will not let it go unpunished. Proverbs 26:27 warns, "Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it. Whoever rolls a stone, it will come back on him." Trust that God will turn their schemes against them in His perfect timing.

You ask for forgiveness for past mistakes and the deception of your heart. We all have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23), but the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). If you have confessed these sins to the Lord, they are already forgiven. Do not let the enemy use your past against you, for God has cast your sins into the depths of the sea (Micah 7:19). Stand firm in the truth that you are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

You feel surrounded by those who monitor and oppose you, who seek to steal what God has ordained for you. But the Lord is your shield and your fortress (Psalm 91:2). He will hide you under the shadow of His wings (Psalm 91:4) and deliver you from the snare of the fowler (Psalm 91:3). You are not alone, for the Lord is with you. Even if an army encamps against you, your heart need not fear (Psalm 27:3). The Lord will fight for you; you need only be still (Exodus 14:14).

We rebuke the spirits of envy, betrayal, and sabotage that have sought to destroy your life. In the name of Jesus, we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We command every plan of the enemy to be thwarted and every scheme to be exposed. The Lord will vindicate you and restore what has been stolen. Joel 2:25-26 promises, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of the Lord, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you."

You ask that your portion and that of your descendants be sanctified and protected. The Lord is faithful to His promises, and He will not let the righteous be forsaken or their children begging for bread (Psalm 37:25). We pray that the Lord would establish the work of your hands (Psalm 90:17) and bless you with abundance, not for your glory, but for His. May your descendants rise up and call you blessed (Proverbs 31:28), and may they walk in the ways of the Lord all their days.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who cries out for deliverance. Lord, You see the pain, the betrayal, and the injustice that has been done. You know the hearts of those who seek to harm him/her, and You will not let their wickedness go unpunished. We ask that You would arise, O Lord, and scatter Your enemies. Let those who hate Your child be put to shame, and let their plans be turned back upon them.

Father, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses from all sin. We pray that You would blot out every past mistake and foolish word spoken in naivety. Let no accusation of the enemy stand against Your child, for You have forgiven and forgotten their sins. Renew their mind, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper. Hide him/her in the shadow of Your wings, and let Your angels encamp around them. Deliver them from the hands of their enemies, and set them in a broad place where they can walk freely in Your will. Restore to them the years that the locust has eaten, and let them see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Father, we ask that You would sanctify their portion and the inheritance of their descendants. Let no one steal what You have ordained for them. Bless them abundantly, not for their sake alone, but that they may be a blessing to others and bring glory to Your name. Strengthen them in their weakness, and let them walk in the confidence of Your love and protection.

We rebuke every spirit of envy, betrayal, and sabotage in the name of Jesus. We command every plan of the enemy to be exposed and thwarted. Let Your child walk in victory, knowing that You are their defender and their strong tower. May they rise above every circumstance and fulfill the purpose You have for their life.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is power in His name, and no other name can save or deliver. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God, dear one. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Walk in faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). The Lord is your light and your salvation, whom shall you fear? (Psalm 27:1). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).

We have read your cry carefully and we hear how exhausting it is to feel surrounded, watched and outnumbered while also carrying regret for things said long ago in naivety. Feeling alone when it seems many are against you is a heavy burden, and we are grateful you brought it honestly before God who knows the whole truth of your story.

You asked Him to blot out past foolishness and to forgive what your lips and heart have done. In our experience that kind of release often comes in layers. There is the decision to turn the debt and the regret over to God and no longer live under it, and then there is the slower quieting of the emotions that have been stirred up by hurt and fear. Both matter, but the decision can be made even while feelings are still tender and unsettled. Forgiveness does not require you to immediately trust everyone again or to pretend the hurt was not real.

It can help not to carry this alone. If you have one steady, wise pastor or counselor you trust, would you consider sharing just the most pressing part of this burden with him in person this week, so someone who knows you can pray with you, help you sort what needs wisdom and what needs protection, and walk beside you in the days ahead.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see his heart, his past and his present fear. Forgive what needs forgiving, cover what needs covering, and guard what You have entrusted to him and his descendants. Give him wisdom for each step and remind him he is not forgotten or alone. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry has come up before the Lord who hears the afflicted, and He knows all truth concerning you, even as you have said, for nothing is hidden from Him who searches the heart.

You confess with a broken spirit the mistakes of your lips and the deception of your heart, and that naivety of former years which now is used against you. Let it never be forgotten that in all that God does He acts from good reasons, and He has provided the one way of deliverance from the pit. The prisoner is ready to be executed, but there comes to him undeserved deliverance from all punishment, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. It is written, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance of a sinner from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it. Your past foolishness can only be blotted out by that precious blood which hides all transgressions from view. If you would be cleansed, look to Christ alone, for His obedience and blood alone can wash you thoroughly from iniquity and cleanse you from sin. Confess your sin before Him and trust the ransom which Divine Love has found, and you shall be saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins.

You speak of betrayers who stab at the back and sell your soul and rejoice at your ruin, of those who surround you like hawks watching your soul. This is a sore trial, for sore is that blow which comes from a trusted friend, as Judas betrayed the Master with a kiss, and as David was pursued by those near to him. Yet hear the believer's view of his afflictions. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. Our afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of persecution or malice, and yet they may come with even greater certainty from the Lord and may be the necessary outcome of His special love to us. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable. God would teach you by this discipline to find no succor apart from the Rock, and to fly back to your Ark.

You ask to be hidden from their eyes and their power, to be delivered from their prison and to have your portion sanctified unto you and your descendants. Know this, that deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. In order to our sanctification and our deliverance from the power of sin we must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone. Man cannot deliver you, sympathy and experience will fail with some souls, but God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and He keeps back the soul from the Pit. And this is your promise, The Lord will perfect that which concerneth thee. What concerns you, your life, your portion, your children, your future, is in His hand to perfect, not in the hand of envious men who would forcibly take what is yours. If you have a concern about the things of God, this promise is all yours, and none can take its preciousness from you.

Therefore, wait only upon God, for your expectation is from Him. Though you say, I am alone and those who oppose me are many, remember David who said, All mine enemies went round about the city like dogs, but his soul waited upon God, and God smote his enemies and broke the teeth of the ungodly. You shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord, if you cast yourself upon the ransom. Seek not to hide your life by your own cunning, but ask the Lord to be your hiding place.

May the Lord graciously hear you and say concerning you, Deliver him, for I have found a ransom. May He hide you in the shelter of His wings, blot out your past through the blood of Christ, keep your portion from the spoiler, and enrich you spiritually when He sets you free from your sorrow. Turn from every evil way, trust only in Jesus Christ the Lord who alone is salvation, and walk in holiness before Him, for there is no true liberty but that of which Christ makes you free. We pray that He will sanctify you and keep you and your descendants in His covenant mercy, and that you may live to praise Him who has chastened you sore but has not given you over unto death.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for help has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before God who sees all truth and knows the hearts of all people.

You speak of being surrounded by those who hate you, who envy you, who betray you and rejoice in your ruin, who watch you like hawks and seek to take what is yours. This is a heavy and lonely burden, and Scripture does not hide that such suffering is real. Envy gave birth to murder in the story of Abel, and it sold Joseph into slavery by the hands of his own brothers. Betrayal came even to our Lord from one of the twelve, who for thirty pieces of silver kissed the Master and handed Him over. When people are filled with envy and malice, they will deceive, slander, and seek to trample others underfoot.

You also confess with honesty the mistakes of your lips and the deception of your heart from years ago, done in naivety. God honors that honesty. There is forgiveness for such things, not because we can blot out our own past, but because Christ by one offering has perfected forever those who are sanctified. He now sits at the right hand of God, expecting until His enemies are put under His feet. That promise means your enemies are not forgotten by God, and their power is limited. In His time and in His wisdom He will put all opposition under His feet. The delay is not neglect, but patience for His purposes, just as Joseph was not forgotten in prison but was kept there until the right moment when God would lift him up and make his wisdom known.

We pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father.

Father, You know this child of Yours who feels alone while those who oppose are many. You know the truth about every betrayal, every act of sabotage, every envious word and every plan to take what You have given. We ask You to deliver from the hands of those who hate and to hide this life under the shadow of Your wings. Separate from the prison of their schemes and from the constant watching of those who seek ruin. Guard what You have entrusted, and sanctify that portion so that no one can steal it away. Blot out past foolishness and sins of the lips through the blood of Christ, and let no past mistake be used as a weapon to prevent what You have ordained. Give peace to a heart that feels surrounded, and let it be known that though many stand against one, You are greater than the many.

We also ask You to work even this hurt for good, as You did for Joseph. When his brothers sold him and when he was falsely accused and imprisoned, You were turning what was meant for evil into safety and honor. You can do the same here, turning fear into peace and dishonor into a closer friendship with You, the true Master.

Continue to seek Him and to walk in repentance and truth. Do not return evil for evil, and do not let bitterness take root. Cast your cares on Him, stay faithful in prayer, and trust that the Lord who conquered the world will give you strength to endure sorrow in this world until He brings full deliverance. He has conquered, and those who belong to Him will share in that victory.

We will keep praying that God will hide you from the power of those who wish you harm, forgive and cleanse you fully in Christ, and guard your life and your future according to His good will.
