We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your desire for wisdom and understanding concerning the book of Hebrews and the question of its authorship. We have prayed that the Lord would give you insight as you study His Word and that He would draw you closer to the heart of its message which so powerfully reveals Jesus Christ as our great High Priest and the fulfillment of all things.
We pray that God would grant you wisdom as you seek answers, that He would guide you to sound and faithful resources, and that your study would deepen your faith and love for Scripture. We are reminded of the promise in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom to ask God who gives generously, and that all Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching as written in 2 Tim 3:16.
