I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and all those who are struggling with sleep problems. Lord, you are the giver of rest and peace, and we ask that you would grant them a good night's sleep. We pray that you would calm their minds and bodies, removing any anxiety or restlessness that hinders their sleep. Fill their hearts with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Father, we ask that you would restore their sleep patterns, allowing them to wake up refreshed and rejuvenated each morning. Your Word assures us that you give sleep to your beloved, and we claim that promise over ### and all those who are struggling in this area.
We also pray for any underlying causes of their sleep problems. If there are physical, emotional, or spiritual issues contributing to their lack of sleep, we ask for your healing touch and restoration. Guide them to seek the necessary help and support they may need.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live.
