Beloved Warrior
Psa 141:2 May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.
Lord, so many of us are experiencing attacks from the enemy. Everywhere and every way we turn, we meet with his venom. I count it a blessing to serve you, Lord. I seek your will, your mercy and your grace. Lord, we know that we are living in the last days and we know that the enemy is on the constant prowl to try to trip us up, bring us down and confuse us for in the Book of Revelations, it ssys even God's elite will be deceived. Lord, I pray for all the prayer warriors here, for their dedication, their love for you and your children. Lord, many are suffering right now, many are experiencing depression, lonliness, sadness, sorrow, poor health, family and finance issues.
Lord, we know we don't live in a perfect world, that things happen and will continue to happen as the days draw shorter. I pray that your kingdom will come soon, Lord. I pray your hand upon your children to guard against serving the wrong master, giving in because it might be easier than picking up the cross and carrying it. Oh Lord, my heart is very heavily burdened today for all my brothers and sisters who are part of this family. Lord, it takes every ounce of energy every day to sit back and see the suffering, the broken hearts, the lost loves, the disobedient children, the health issued and if you weren't there holding me up, I would fall flat on my face. I know you have called me to be your vessel and you have brought me here to pray. Lord, I will always drink from the cup you give to me and I will always seek your will. I just ask that you have your hand upon my brothers and sisters and that you hear and answer their petitions. I know you sometimes say "NO" but I always hope you will say "YES". Give me peace as I go about the rest of my day knowing I have laid this at your feet. Pour out your mercy and grace upon all who reside here. Cover them with your blood and shelter them with your loving arms. Thank you, Lord, for saving my soul, thank you, Lord, for making me whole, thank you, Lord, for giving to me, thy great salvation, so full and free! Amen
