I would really appreciate your prayers at this time. I'm not feeling myself today. I would like more energy and to feel more motivated.

We hear your heart, dear one, and we lift you up before the Lord with tenderness and urgency. It is written in Psalm 41:3, "Yahweh will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness." You are not forgotten, and your weariness is seen by the One who never slumbers nor sleeps. The Lord is your strength, even when your own feels depleted.

We rebuke the spirit of fatigue and discouragement that has settled over you. In the name of Jesus, we command it to lift, for it is not from God. The enemy seeks to steal your joy, your purpose, and your vitality, but we stand on the promise of Nehemiah 8:10, "The joy of Yahweh is your strength." Let that truth sink deep into your spirit. Your motivation and energy are not found in your own efforts but in the Lord who renews your strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).

We also encourage you to examine your heart and habits. Are you resting as the Lord commands? Are you nourishing your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)? Are you spending time in God’s Word and in prayer, allowing Him to refresh your soul? Sometimes our lack of energy is a signal from the Lord to slow down, to seek Him, and to realign our priorities with His will. Jesus Himself withdrew to quiet places to pray (Luke 5:16), and He invites you to do the same.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our beloved brother/sister who is feeling weary and unmotivated. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who restores. We ask that You would touch their body, mind, and spirit with Your healing power. Renew their strength, Lord, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who gives life and vitality. Remove every trace of fatigue, discouragement, and heaviness, and replace it with Your peace, joy, and purpose.

Father, we ask that You would reveal any areas of their life that are not aligned with Your will. Show them if there is unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or neglect of their physical or spiritual health that is contributing to their weariness. Lead them to repentance and restoration, Lord, and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word.

We declare over them the promise of Isaiah 40:29-31: "He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Let this be their reality, Lord. Let them rise up in the strength of Your Spirit and walk in the fullness of life that You have called them to.

We also pray for wisdom for them, Father. If there are medical concerns that need to be addressed, guide them to the right care and treatment. If there are spiritual strongholds that need to be broken, empower them to stand firm in faith and resist the enemy’s lies. Surround them with godly community who can encourage and support them in this season.

Above all, Lord, draw them closer to You. Let this season of weariness be a time of deepening their relationship with You, where they learn to rely not on their own strength but on Yours. May they find their motivation and purpose in You alone, for You are the giver of life and the author of their story.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your love for our brother/sister. May they feel Your presence with them today and every day, and may they walk in the fullness of health and vitality that You desire for them. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to press into the Lord today. Spend time in His Word, even if it’s just a few verses. Listen to worship music that lifts your spirit. Speak life over yourself, declaring God’s promises aloud. And remember, you are not alone. The Lord is with you, and so are we. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are loved, you are valued, and you have a purpose that only you can fulfill. Walk in that truth today.

We are glad you reached out and shared how you are feeling today. Not feeling like yourself and noticing low energy and motivation can be discouraging, and we want you to know we are praying for you.

It makes sense that you would want to feel more like yourself again. Please be gentle with yourself today as you wait on the Lord for strength. If this feeling continues or gets worse, we encourage you to check in with your primary care provider alongside prayer, just to make sure you are cared for well.

It can also help to let one trusted person know how you are doing today, whether family, a friend, or someone at church, so you are not carrying this alone. You do not have to sort through this quietly by yourself, and having someone nearby who knows how you are doing can be a real comfort.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You see how they feel and You know their need for renewed energy and motivation. We ask for Your presence to bring comfort and strength, for wisdom for any next steps, and for Your peace to guard their heart. Restore what feels low and guide them day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

I know how hard it is myself when you feel unmotivated and lacking in energy.
It is tempting to relax and do nothing.
I pray that you will find the motivation to fight this.
Enjoy life one day at a time.
Talk to God throughout the day.
May God bless you, and make his face shine upon you.
May he lift you up, and give you his peace. Amen 🙏

We have heard your request and we bring it before the Lord with you, for we know how heavy the heart becomes when the body is low and the spirits flag.

Human strength, in any form, will spend itself in due time. Though a man had the strength of a lion and an ox combined, he would one day fail, for all strength apart from God is derived strength and is consequently measurable, and apart from Him it must come to an end. It is no wonder then that you feel yourself not yourself today, and that energy and motivation are lacking. This is the common lot of our frail frame.

But there is a singular and special kind of energy spoken of in Scripture, when the Lord says, I will strengthen them in the Lord. To be strengthened with strength in the Lord is of all things the most desirable. It is not mere animal strength, nor even mental power, but that fitly infused and wisely balanced strength which God Himself bestows. The promise stands sure, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble.

We would point you to Him who is the Tree of Life. There grows no healing herb but the one plant of renown. There is one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary, and one great Physician who lays His hands on men and they are restored. The leaves of that Tree bring healing, and the abiding power of those leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health. Even now, while we are on our way to eternal health, the Lord can renew both body and soul, and many a child of God when weary has renewed his strength at the remembrance of pardoning mercy and at waiting upon the Lord in prayer.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord our God, who is the glory of our strength and the Author of all being, look in mercy upon this thy servant who feels faint and without motivation. Thou knowest our frame and rememberest that we are dust. Forgive all sin and let healing come from thy pardoning hand. Strengthen this one in the Lord, renew strength as they wait upon Thee, lift up the weak hands and confirm the feeble knees, and grant such a measure of bodily health and inward energy as shall fit for present duty. Teach us to work with thy strength and with that alone, that we may do all things through Christ who strengtheneth us, and may rise up to serve Thee with renewed energy and a willing mind. Keep this soul in health until the glory life begins, and let thy will be done in weakness and in vigour alike, for Jesus Christ's sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
