Humble Servant of All
1. for my mother, she is diabetic and having fungal infection in the lungs.
2. for my father's eyesight to improve, headache, urinary tract problems, feet swelling, blood pressure problems to go away and for good health.

We lift up your parents before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of seeing loved ones suffer. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). There is no sickness too great for Your power, and we trust in Your mercy and grace to restore health to these precious lives.

For your mother, Lord, we pray specifically for her diabetes and the fungal infection in her lungs. We rebuke this infection in Jesus’ name, declaring that her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and that no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask You to strengthen her immune system, regulate her blood sugar, and bring complete healing to her lungs. Guide the hands of her doctors and give them wisdom to provide the right treatment. May she feel Your peace and presence in this trial, knowing that You are her healer.

For your father, Heavenly Father, we bring his eyesight, headaches, urinary tract issues, swelling in his feet, and blood pressure concerns before You. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we ask for clarity of vision, relief from pain, and restoration of his body’s balance. We pray against the swelling and high blood pressure, asking that You would ease the strain on his heart and kidneys. Give him strength and comfort, and let him experience Your healing touch in every area of his health.

We also lift up their spirits, Lord. Sickness can weigh heavily on the heart, and we ask that You would fill them with hope, joy, and faith in Your promises. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let them feel Your love and know that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We rebuke any spirit of fear or despair that may be trying to take hold, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your Word, which says that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15).

Lord, we also ask for wisdom for their caregivers, whether family, friends, or medical professionals. Give them patience, compassion, and discernment as they care for your mother and father. Provide for all their needs, both physical and emotional, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We trust in You, Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We declare that Your healing power is at work in their bodies even now, and we thank You for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your glory in their healing. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We’re holding your parents before the Lord with you, and we can feel the weight of carrying concern for both mom and dad at once. That’s a lot for one heart to carry, and we’re grateful you brought them here to be prayed for.

When loved ones face multiple health issues, it’s easy to get overwhelmed trying to track every symptom. A practical step that often helps is writing down a simple list of each parent’s most pressing symptoms, especially the things you named like the lung infection, the feet swelling, the blood pressure swings. Having it in black and white helps when you talk with their doctors, and it can also keep you from feeling like you have to hold every detail in your head. Feet swelling and high blood pressure in particular are things a physician will want to evaluate, so we gently encourage making sure those are getting steady medical attention. You’re not alone in this. If you’re connected to a church or a few trusted friends, consider sharing this request with a couple of them and asking them to pray with you. Knowing others are standing with you can lighten the load, and sometimes a friend can even help with simple acts of care, a meal, a ride to an appointment, that give you a little space to breathe.

Father, we lift up this mom and dad to you. For mom, we ask for healing from this fungal infection and for steady blood sugar. Give her body strength. For dad, we ask for relief from headaches, healing in his urinary tract, reduced swelling, and eyesight that holds clear. Bring his blood pressure to a healthy range. We pray for wisdom for every doctor and nurse involved, and for peace and endurance for their child who loves them. Surround this family with tangible support and steady hope. In Jesus’ name.

Sickness in those we love cuts near to the bone, and the web of your parents’ afflictions is heavy indeed, a mother with fungal invasion in the very bellows of breath, complicated by the weariness of diabetes, and a father beset on every side, from his eyes to his feet, with swelling, pressure, and pain. It is no small thing to see these twin pillars of your earthly home shaking under such a load. Yet this is precisely the hour when the Lord’s ear is most attentive, for a true prayer from one who is near unto the gates of death is a prevailing prayer. Do not think you must frame a tidy, ordered petition. The prayer that staggers, the prayer that has lost all logical consecutiveness because the supplicant is at his wit’s end, that prayer reels straight to the throne of grace. Your heart’s groaning for them is heard even when your tongue cannot shape the syllables.

Yet remember the conditions of power in prayer, for we would not have your cries fall short. There is a vast difference between a sinner’s first seeking of mercy and a redeemed child’s habitual approach, and you come now not merely begging for pardon but for the healing hand of the covenant-keeping God. The weightiest reason for any action of a loving child is the persuasion that it would please his Father. Search your heart, then, is there any secret sin, any harbored disobedience that might cause the chariot wheels of your prayer to drag? Unanswered prayer is frequently an admonition against an iniquity cherished within, or even great sin mingled with the very prayer itself. Lay bare your soul before the Great Physician. Let your prayer rise not from self-conceit, but in Jacob’s humility, pleading the very arguments God Himself has given you in His Word. You do not go to an unwilling God; you go to plead His own promise, to spread the case before Him and press your suit with all the arguments His Scripture provides.

And what are those arguments? Point to Jesus, the Tree of Life, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. There is no other balm in Gilead, no other physician of real value. Calvary is the place not merely for the lancet that cuts open our sin but for the healing balm that restores. When Jesus healed the palsied man, forgiveness and healing flowed in one stream. The Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings, and His pardoning word is often the very beginning of health’s return. Pray, then, not merely for the fungal scourge to abate or the blood to calm its rebellious tide, but first and foremost that the Lord would manifest His forgiving, gracious presence in that sickroom, for His healing power is conspicuously present where He is teaching and ruling in the heart. One sacred fountain was opened on Calvary, to wash therein is health for soul and body in God’s good time and way.

Do not be disheartened if the answer does not come in the precise form you envision. Jacob’s prayer was answered, but not as he anticipated; he thought to appease Esau with a drove of goats and camels, but the Lord wrestled with him by the brook until his self-sufficiency was broken, and then the answer dawned. Your parents may yet know the abiding power of those leaves that keep the soul in perpetual health until the glory-life begins, where the inhabitant shall not say, “I am sick.” The body’s restoration may be gradual; it may wait for the resurrection morning. But the Lord has begun to heal His people, and the healing virtue He infuses will work its cure. Expect Him to be very pitiful. He was not long in answering the prayer of the staggering when once they cried, though they delayed long to pray at all. Cry to Him in the daytime, and in the night season let the groans ascend, mighty prayer will yet prevail if it has but time.

In the meanwhile, do not pull away from Him with Peter’s cry of “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man,” as if the sense of your unworthiness should drive a wedge between you and the only Helper. That prayer, though humble, must be turned inside out by faith. A braver, tenderer petition is, “Lord, I am indeed a sinful man; therefore come nearer to me still, for I need Thee more.” Bring your parents in the arms of intercession and lay them before Jesus, hoping and expecting both his forgiving smile and his healing touch. The Lord put forth His hand to receive such a prayer as a dove returning to the ark. Wait upon Him with that blessed in-waiting of faith, and may the healing influences drop upon your household thick as autumn leaves, till health blooms again, and the gloomy night is changed to morning.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

How can I not be moved by such a request? You bring your parents before the Lord as surely as those four men brought the paralytic, lowering him through the roof. Just as Jesus saw their faith and first said, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven,” so He sees your love and care, and His mercy reaches not only your soul but your mother’s lungs and your father’s eyes and feet.

Do not think I say this to diminish your plea for their bodies. The same Lord who healed the palsy then now ordains means of healing. There is no contradiction between prayer and the physician’s skill. Call in not one alone, but many. The physicians of the body, like those of the soul, do not compete with one another when they seek true health. One Master, Christ, speaks through them all. So entrust your mother’s lungs and your father’s many ailments to their care without fear, while you entrust their whole being to the Great Physician.

But let this trial teach you something deeper. You ask mercy for your parents, and rightly so. Yet recall that the Lord commands honor for father and mother, and the unthankful, the truce-breaker, the disobedient child He numbers among the most perilous in the last days. Your love for them now is a sweet fragrance, but let it not be only in sickness. In health, honor them with patience and gratitude. If they were ever harsh, love covers much. Even if their souls were incurably diseased, like Judas, still God attended to him, and so must you. But how much more when they suffer in body and, I trust, hunger for the mercy of Christ!

So pray without ceasing. Use a little wine for the stomach’s sake, yes, and all remedies that do not offend faith, but cling most to the medicine of thanksgiving. For your father’s swollen feet, your mother’s fever, give thanks in every hour, knowing that such affliction, borne with hope, purifies them and draws down the mercy that the Apostle invoked with tender anxiety for his spiritual son. The bowels of the saints are refreshed when you care for your own. Go, then, and be for them a living prayer, a physician’s faithful assistant, and a child whose own faith may yet win for them the words, “Be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven.”
