thx again for all prayers @ my staying on a heart healthy diet. Wow--so hard bc i luv fried foods. thx as i am cont to have some chest pain--am having a f/u this thurs. pls pray that they can find out why heart still hurts. It's scary bc i've never had heart issues before this except for HTN.

also pls cont to pray for God to help me b consistent w/ exercise; i'm trying to go to gym everyday; i need a 10# weight loss asap.

thx for all prayers that God will cont to help me clean out car n home.

it's hard to b motivated when it cont. to rain n b dreary--pray i can remember to take vit d. thx so much!!
