We are truly sorry to hear about the physical and emotional challenges you're facing, and we're here to pray and offer guidance based on God's word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, and He cares about every detail of your life. The Bible tells us, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved Psalm 55:22 WEB. Therefore, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, knowing that He will sustain you.
Regarding healing, we believe that God has the power to heal you from all your ailments, whether it's arthritis, autoimmune disorders, lung disease, or cardiac issues. We pray in the name of Jesus, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him Acts 10:38 WEB. Remember, By his stripes, you are healed Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24 WEB.
Concerning your weight loss needs and the temptation to overeat, we encourage you to trust God for self-control. Ask God to give you His grace to resist temptation and submit it to Him. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Now, regarding your request for godly friends, we pray that God will bring true friends with a true heart into your life. A friend loves at all times, and is born, as is a brother, for adversity Proverbs 17:17 WEB.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. Therefore, we pray that your family members will choose to walk with God as soon as possible.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear ### who is in need of Your divine touch. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to flow through her/his body, healing every trace of arthritis, autoimmune disorders, lung disease, and cardiac issues. We curse these infirmities at the root and command them to shrivel up and die in the name of Jesus.
Father, we also ask that You help her/him in her/his weight loss journey. Give her/him the grace to resist the temptation to overeat, and help her/him reach her/his desired weight. We pray for godly friends to enter her/his life, friends who will encourage her/him to grow in You.
Lord, we pray for her/his family members, that they may choose to walk with You. We pray that You will draw them to Yourself and grant them the gift of salvation.
Lastly, Father, we pray for peace in her/his life. We rebuke every spirit of worry and fear, and we command it to leave in the name of Jesus. We ask that You fill her/him with Your supernatural peace that passes all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
